They have messed up my last three orders. The one great experience I had here has now been outweighed by overcharging and under-delivering. A burrito that paid for double crispy chicken that comes with no chicken- just rice and beans- is unacceptable. You'd think you'd make that and go..."hmmm I might be missing something? Let me check what they actually ordered". But no. Also they forgot my fries, forgot the salsa for my chips, and three awesome boardwalk cookies- to of them that got stuck together and we're just uncooked dough. 50$ down the drain.
Seriously, y'all. Forget those other places. Bubbakoo's has not only THE BEST burritos and nachos we've ever had, but the people that work there take the time to make you feel soooooo welcome to their restaurant. It's more than the food, with this place. It's staffed perfectly and they're the coolest people. If you haven't stopped here yet, you need to make it a priority. The ingredients are very fresh and I don't know HOW they season their beef, but omg it's delicious. One of our favourite places. They've never served us anything bad. Amazing food and service.
Went there yesterday for the first time at 5pm, the 2 staff members were very polite and friendly, the manager less so. But the problem was the food, the dirty rice was not fully cooked and very crunchy, the cheese was mumpy with a film on top. I had a chicken taco salad, it was not good and my stomach was hurting all night. My friend had 3 beef tacos and got very sick after. Up all night with food poisoning.
This is a Mexican spot similar to Chipotle however, sorry to say the food was cold and less than flavorful... the servers was very friendly. The cook smoked in front the store, that was a turn off. All in all, I won't return and I don't recommend. Maybe others may like this place but it's not for me.
Service was excellent....server very personable. However,food wasn't as tasty as I expected and cold. I'm not a fan of Chipotle but thought their food was a little tier above this store. Maybe I'll try one more time before totally condemning. I had a shrimp burrito and some sought of shrimp rice ball...It wasn't memorable so I forgot.
The young man who was at the front prepared my food with half of the portion they sell, forgot to add ingredients requested in the order, and handed me the bag sideways making the food inside the container a mess. Poor customer service today.
The steak was absolutely amazing, tender succulent, juicy it paired well with the jalapeños. But the sauce was absolutely minging like when I tell you my first initial bite was extraordinary it was phenomenal. But how could the rest of it taste minging mate? Still a good burrito I will return.
It was a little expensive, but...... the staff was very friendly and the food was very good. My wife's only complaint was they didn't have refried beans for her taco salad.

I have been going to this location since they opened then closed and then reopened and they have been hit or miss. When they first reopened food was great again and now today was a total mess, our curly cheese fries and bacon had nacho cheese that had separated and nasty chunks of hard bacon fat. My bowl that was supposed to be Hibachi Steak and grilled chicken was a disaster… As was my wife's The rice was hard and the queso cheese had also separated. The guacamole was barley there same as the sour cream and cheese. I had like three pieces of chicken and the bowl was so greasy there was a think film at the bottom of plastic container it was nasty. Also, the cook in back had no beard/hair net on and they were barely wearing their gloves correctly. I saw them carry a stool across their back area with the gloves on and then grab more food. This place has really gone down hill yet again and it is sad to see. I would not spend over $40 on a meal here ever again I am sorry to say. DO BETTER.
