The host wasnât pleasant at all. Maybe she was having a bad day, but it seemed as though we were bothering her to be seated. We started with the Spinach Dip. The flatbread served with it was stale. Iâve had it before so I know what they should taste like. The dip itself was good. Portion was small for my spaghetti entree. It was an ok experience.
Great dinner. Food is always good. Server Kara was awesome.
Front desk lady was very unfriendly. She did not greet us. When asking for a different table she looked very annoyed. We almost left the restaurant.
The Happy hour deal and bartender who served us were good. It is unfortunate that the front desk lady was not friendly at all - she did not give us a good first impression of the restaurant and the start of a meal... As we walked in, she just told us to seat anywhere at the bar and turned away - no saying hello, no smile welcome, nothing..
The host was great! Our waitperson Destiny, was wonderful! Drinks were delicious. 2 of us had salmon Fresca and 2 had chicken Marsala. The salmon was amazing, perfectly cooked with all the right accompanying flavors. The chicken, however was tough and chewy. Not a big deal but quality could have been better.
this is not authentic italian dining so please manage your expectations accordingly. enough said...
Went here for a birthday dinner. The food was very good. The price are so accommodating. I would recommend this location.
Great food and very clean atmosphere
The server was very attentive probably a bit more than I prefer. It was hard to have a conversation without being interrupted although the server was courteous I just thought they didnât need to check in so much. If we needed anything we could have asked since they were always close by.
Great service. Food was very good. Wait staff, Kiley, was so sweet, pleasant, helpful, great with our kids. Love this Brio location. Always a positive experience, very nice staff and great food!
