The customer service was horrible. The girls were very rude. I told the girl several times I wanted mini dogs. She gave me regular and a watered down juice. First time I have a problem with this location. I always come here. I’m pregnant and super sensitive. Her reproach was what do you want. I’m so irritated. 11:37 am 10/23/2021
Horrible customer service. There were 5 people behind the counter, but only one person was taking and fulfilling orders, while one person was baking and three employees standing around behind. The management needs to address the slow service, as there is always a long line!
Fast and fully stocked.
The prices here seem to have gone up and the quality seems to have gone down. Not a big fan of their pretzels anymore.
I usually do not write bad reviews but this place should be shut down..everything on display was burnt . I placed an order for 5 pretzels with a young man that was more involved with laughing and carrying on with the rest of the co workers than actually taking my order. I kindly asked how long would it be for fresh pretzels, I was told 5 minutes. After standing there for TWENTY MINUTES I ask if my order was ready. They all looked at each other and realized no one started my pretzels! Needless to say I just simply asked for my refund I tried calling customer service just to be prompted to leave a message. Stay away from this place I will.

Great customer service!! Everyone was awesome and polite. They suggested drinks and dips and told me about the survey below my receipt! Pretzels were very fresh and everyone looked very hardworking! Coming here again
Horrible. I went here with my girlfriend because she loves Auntie Anne’s pretzels and I wanted to buy her one. I will never take her back to this one ever again, and I suggest no one purchases from them. We waited about 40 minutes for two pretzels. First off, it looked like all the workers were like 15 and they were all just messing around. They were extremely rude when I asked what the hold up was. After waiting 40 minutes for two damn pretzels, the woman tossed the bag in my face without even looking at me. No apologies or anything. We left, because we didn’t want to stand there another minute. You would expect our pretzels to be nice and fresh, but no, they were burnt. My girlfriend who literally gets Auntie Anne’s every time we go to a mall, was extremely disappointed, and I felt disappointed I even took her there. I am not one who ever writes reviews, but that was just rediculous. I’m aware there are a couple Auntie Anne’s in that mall, so I just wanted to point out that it was the one downstairs near the Macy’s and Charlotte Russe.
Stale pretzels or pretzel's has been out for awhile, and I am not sure why they were not freshly made because it was only noonish and they taste like pretzels that had been out for awhile. By the time I got in my car, I noticed it was stale or I should say NOT fresh. Won't be back. You all should not have alot of pre-made pretzels made because they don't taste good when they are not fresh
