Everything is always 5 stars from Arnies. From the service to the product. This was an aged veil chop with their Marsala and some orchestra with housemate sausage and prepared broccoli rabe. And yes. I got the pasta there too.
I just started going to arnies and I have to say I love that store. I would buy 1 of everything if I could. Their meat is out of this world good. I highly highly recommend Arnies to anyone looking for the freshest meats, and all of their home cooked meals.
Wish I had found this place sooner. Apparently, others love this place too, as the shop was bustling when I arrived an hour before closing. I was met with an array of ultra-high quality cuts of meat, and their pre-made meals, soups and sides walk a tightwire between gourmet and grandma's good home cooking.Staff were friendly and accommodating. Kudos to the young lady who assisted me last night as I shopped and asked many questions. Try them, you won't be disappointed.I can't wait to dig into the aged steaks I picked up last night!
Oh my. Been going thier for years. I went yesterday and got the cooked breaded chicken cutlets almost broke my teeth in them. I think mucriwaved!! Also I love thier beef stew but upon opening today # 1 an old smell plus it was all POTATOES!! LITTLE BEEF!! WGAT GIVES!! UF U HAVE TO RAISE YR PRICE AND CUT DOWN IN THE POTATOES!! CHICKEN CUTLETS A DISGRACE!! ARNIE GET UR ACT TOGETHER!!!
So I ordered my second hoagie from Arnie's. My first hoagie was already made when I got there so I did not realize that the person making it was not wearing gloves. However, this time I watched him making my hoagie without gloves on. Not for nothing, but I have no idea where his hands have been and I do not want them all over my sandwich. Also, there was an employee in a back room, which I believe was the meat cutting room, who was wearing gloves. However, I watched as he took his gloved hand and pushed his long black hair out of his face. Needless to say this will be the last time I will visit Arnie's. The food industries board of health really needs to visit this place.
This place is great. They have the best meats in south jersey. They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Outstanding.
There is a big selection of so many good meat, cheeses, pastas and prepared foods here. I had trouble choosing steaks for a special milestone birthday dinner for my spouse. A young man named Andrew steered me straight with some great selections. The steaks were amazing. I can't rate the lamb roast I bought yet as I haven't cooked it, but I am betting it will be equally amazing. The marinated salmon was also delicious.
I walked into heaven today when I visited Arnie’s for the first time. I was shocked to see such a large butcher shop with so many meats and prepared foods in a suburban area. I hope to return to get more photos but it’s a large open area with long glass counters with meats, fish, prepared food, pastas and desserts. There is a ramp for wheelchair access and a separate door for entrance and exit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to dig into my braised short rib and roasted sweet potatoes.
I purchased the Valentine’s Day surf and turf meal and WOW!!!!!! Once again another amazing meal from Arnie’s!!!! I was nervous having to hear everything up but the entire meal came out perfect!!!!! If only I hid the containers and told my husband I cooked all of it! ?
