Unfortunately, I ordered take out from the Cherry Hill Applebee's that was horrendous and nauseating. Every other bite of the chicken fajita roll up was fatty. They did not add guacamole (I didn't pay for it but I ordered it). There was no lid on the Mexi-ranch dipping sauce. So it was already dipped for me. There was barely any cheddar cheese on the tortilla. The chicken tortilla soup was like a ball of spicy corn meal. They added a bag of tortilla strips to "soup" and the lid was caved in. So the soup also spilled with the dipping sauce. Jen the manager assured me that the chicken was fresh. It was. It was fresh and FATTY. TONS OF KNUCKLES. Thanks Jen.
I made an online order and came to pick it up, and when I came home I found out they probably would’ve better To order happy meal at McDonald’s since I probably would’ve eaten more and it would’ve been of a better quality. The piece of steak I received looked like it was somebody’s leftovers. On top of that it was inedible it was full of chewy parts and cartilage. I’m very disappointed.
Searing was fast. Our waitress took a bit to come out. I wouldn't have minded too much but we had a toddler that was becoming hangry lol but once she took our orders the food came out very quickly. The hostess definitely need to be more attentative rather than chatting with her friend who was in the waiting area because she seated us with no booster seat or high chair we had to ask for 1 and didn't give us any crayons with the child's menu. Otherwise overall everything was good
No matter what Applebee’s I go to, I never get stellar service. Therefore, I wasn’t expecting much out of this trip except for some half price apps and cheap drinks. My friend and I walked in and were “greeted” by a very undynamic individual and sat us. We were finally waited on by an odd young man. I thought here we go…Everything is going to be wrong, etc. He seemed socially awkward and He mumbled a bit and I had to ask him to repeat himself a few times, but you know what? We got exactly what we ordered and we got it in a decent amount of time. Our waiter was definitely awkward, but he did his best to get us what we wanted. That’s all one can ask for! Good job. I would come back to this Applebee’s again
It was busy... but we were still seated after a decent wait time.... it was 15 to 20 min wait... after being notified of a possible 30 to 40 min wait.... our waitress Tiffany was fun, friendly and personable we enjoyed having her as a waitress.
I always enjoyed, their food! I went there, because the Military was having a free luncheon to discuss healthcare and other offers! The lunch was very good. I ordered the rib platter, along with soup and salad. Very good food! Sometimes, I GrubHub, their food! ?
Enjoyed service, collaborative effort by "runners"(?) who served our foods while our server was taking another order. Unfortunately, not much of a menu selection for an "after event, small meal-type" gathering. Our waitress was lovely; friendly, funny, & very busy, so she really couldn't be very attentive, but she did apologize for that & did try to have co-workers check on us -- more than acceptable! No 5th star due to a VERY limited menu and no Thousand Island, Russian, French, Creamy Italian or reg. Italian dressing for my salad. ...& that's an easy fix, Mr or Ms Manager!
Had an excellent experience at this location last night. I am so mad I cannot remember our servers name as we opted out of getting a receipt - but she was phenomenal. Very friendly, quick to bring our food, very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience and the food was excellent
Food was delicious and most workers are quick, sweet and friendly. My food was made exactly how I asked them to make it, and my waitress brung me extra sauce for my pasta just in case it wasnt enough! Something so simple put a smile on my face because it was the thought that counts! I was very grateful! I will be back. I recommend.
Went for veterans day and it was fantastic! Great food great service would recommend this restaurant,
