Over $6 for a coffee that’s made wrong all the time. Can I get some coffee with all the milk that’s added.? This Starbucks loves milk....

Employees need to be trained on the prep, brewing and making of all the drinks on the menu. Will make service and experience much more memorable positively with each visit.
I just ordered a Hot Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte and it tastes like they filled half my cup with pumpkin sauce which was entirely way too sweet. Now I know this drink in particular can be on the sweet side since I order them all the time from different locations - but the one from here was just overloaded with the pumpkin sauce. I couldn’t even drink it. Too bad I’m already back at work. Note to self - make sure I approve it before I move it!!
Most disorganized, poorly managed, and slowest service I’ve ever experienced at any Starbucks.
Asked for a coconut milk green tea latte and they made it with regular milk. And of course no one answers the phone when you call. I'm not walking another mile to return this. Throwing it out. What a waste of a day.
Not a real Starbucks, buried inside of student Union that is impossible to get to. And then the staff don't even sell gift cards
