5/7: Lobby was closed, so had to go through the drive-thru ... I had a stacked order (2 orders from the same place), and mentioned who I was there for at the speaker - pull around. If you've been here before, just like many chicken fast food places, the drive-thrus tend to take a bit ... I sat in line for over 5 minutes, from speaker to window, and at least another 5 minutes before even getting to the speaker. I get to the window, one of the two orders had already been picked up (over 30min ago), and I'm the 3rd person attempting to pick this up ........... Really!? You couldn't tell me this 5 minutes ago? So I could have called support, the customer, cancelled the $1.50 add-on order!? Very disappointing. (1)This review is based solely on my experience as a DoorDash-Type Driver, I will take into account the following, but not limited to; friendliness, cleanliness, speediness ...
The worst. No lie. I went here and they were out of shrimp, tenders, apple pie, jam, hot sauce, rice and beans and get this....the fries and bisquit were cold.Check your food before you leave!When you have 3 menu items they should all be hot and fresh. I'm not gonna go too hard because the ladies were trying their best to accommodate the guest. However, management needs to get up on it because they shouldn't run out of essential menu items.
They usually give you the wrong thing, or someone elses order, and it takes a long time to get your order, but because of the long back up your food (or someones) is usually hot!
Just went there they repeated my back to me twice and still have me the wrong food, the guy comes to the window can't reach for the money all the way because he talking on his phone
App worked great. But when I went to pick it up through drive thru I was told to get out of line, park and pick it up from inside. Not very convenient. Also no one behind counter wore masks. Food was good though.
All chicken was burnt crispy and too dry to eat. Extra biscuits missing. Potatoes cold
50/50 with this place. Sometimes the food is fresh and good but most times it’s hard and stale. But I like the place :)
This particular store always moves very slowly in the drive thru. And, runs out of many of the popular side items.
Nasty customer service by one person, she had the attitude of her life…, but a nice Hispanic lady took over my order. I will never go there again though!
I enjoyed the 5 chicken tenderloin recipe meal with a biscuit served with honey and hot fries and a sprite . I love dipping them in the butter milk ranch sauce. With friendly staff to serve you and answer your question like do people ask for extra crispy skin with their meal.
