Staff are nice, food comes pretty quickly inside, just need to pay attention to the dining room tables, it's not always clean. But worth going back
#5 add bacon and mayo orange soda.No mayo hard bacon dry burger cold cheese. Cup was handed to me overflowing with soda. Not the kids fault management is to blame. Order is needed.
Wow it's crazy how The employees can be so irresponsible with the meal orders We pay money to get the orders we desire to eat and it sucks when the food is undercooked and missing items and all we get is a dam im sorry the nuggets taste like freaking microwaved from the local Store and The sauces i asked for none are packed in disgusting service man and i hope i don't get sick from eating the nuggets cuz dam if i do My pocket is gonna be pretty chuncky after a sue
These McDonald's make you wait for hours through the drive-in just to get a meal often they have no one at the speaker then the worse part is you to the window make your order paid full price and they mess up the order giving me an incomplete meal and they charge you full price and said I can't give you a receipt because the machine is not working or they ran out paper. I asked to speak to the manager or to give me a number to call in my complaints after I asked for my refund of my money McDonald's said we can't do that the manager is not available. so I paid for service that I didn't received and I call McDonald's to make my complaints but they not picking up the calls just horrible and it two McDonald's doing this the one in Mt. Ephraim Ave and the one across the highway from Forman Mill Rt 130

I ordered DoorDash from here and it took an hour and 30 minutes to get the dasher said the manger was so rude not ordering anything from there again
4/30: I (somewhat unfortunately) had to come here twice, the 2-lane drive thru can be ridiculous! The staff hustles, and they're very friendly regardless how insanely busy they are ... But being short staffed makes it a little rough, and creates a much longer wait. Looking for a job!? They're hiring!! Also, the parking lot situation - it's terrible.This review is based solely on my experience as a DoorDash-Type Driver, I will take into account the following, but not limited to; friendliness, cleanliness, speediness ...
This place is just horrible in every way possible!! Ghetto, dirty and an a overall unsanitary place to eat at. Bad customer service. They shut down the store and drive thru whenever they feel like while employees are inside joking around not working and texting on there phones. Drive thru is suppose to be open till 3am but they shut it down and only serve Doordash Uber Eats etc. No professionalism what's so ever!! Bathrooms are filthy!! If it gave me an option of no stars that's what I would have given them. This McDonald's is only 2 minutes away from my home but I would rather drive 20 minutes away then to waste my time and money at this location!!!
The attitudes are terrible, people have been working there for years are very rude nobody likes to go there in sure they lost allot of money, I remember when the customers were right now the customers feel like we must pander to be served.
The worse experience ever, waited over an hour for 2 kids meals and a double cheeseburger, then when I get it home, no fries and burger was a single and cold. Very poor management, I managed a store in the past and it isn't hard. I need to come back.
