They always seem to get my order wrong in the drive through and then I have to go inside and wait an extra 10-15min for my order to be corrected. This has happened twice now. And it’s nearly impossible to get someone’s attention inside to fix the issue. I had to explain my order to multiple people because somehow they kept not understanding what I wanted despite explaining very clearly. The person taking the orders in the drive through is always rushed and doesn’t listen to everything you say, which is probably why the order is wrong. And they’re never apologetic about my order being wrong. They just act annoyed with me like it’s my fault.
The kid working the counter could tell me the difference between four dollar and five dollar biggie bag ? lus he asked me what type of dipping sauce I would like I told him and I got something completely different I also asked him does she know anything about any of the items on the menu his reply not really you tell me how can you work at an establishment you have no idea what it offers
Talk about an operational disaster. 10 people in the back and not a single one of them can take an order. We stood in line for 20 mins with 1 single person in front of us. If my kids didnt want only Wendy's I would have thrown their sign over the counter and walked out. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.
Just came out of there, from the drive through, these people don’t understand their job, some of us come tired from work and not all the time get the chance to sit with the family and enjoy a meal. Long story short… order a baked potato and they never put it in the bag with my food of course I got charge for it but since they told me to wait for my food by the red fence at their door no one had the decency to put my receipt in the bag or apparently to check it and make sure everything was there. I got charge for something I didn’t get and now I can’t even claim it!!! Horrible! And unacceptable.
Originally from Long Island headed to NJ to visit a friend. Ive been to dozens of Wendys in my lifetime. I want to take the time to rate this one in particular because it blew my mind. The nuggets were crispy as ive ever had them. The fries were AMAZING!!! Everything else was good too like the burgers. But this experience made me wish my local Wendys was so goooood. Never have I ever had the food taste so good. I commend the night staff cause i ate at 10:30pm. Managers and staff did their damn thing.
Wow I just came out of the drive thru. That was the fastest line of that size I’ve ever been in. It was like 8 cars long and it must have been only 92 seconds from the time I joined the back of the line to the time I was rolling away from the window. I told the guy at the window how impressed I was, he just winked lol. Shout out to you and your crew my man
Went to Florida for 32years even fast food is different from state to state you would think you know fast food fast foods all the same food it's not really not Jersey has always had the best food I've ever eaten and I've been quite a few States and a couple countries
Barely edible chicken sandwich. Good fries. Friendly staff. Decor and bathroom that hasn't been updated in decades.
The drive thru crew was outstanding. we went out to use the coupon and it was our 1st time ordering in the thru with a coupon and they patiently walk us through the process.
I had a bad experience a day before because they forgot my sour cream, but this time was great. I received 3 sour creams. Thank you Wendy
