Food was delicious! They moved quickly. Pretty busy but overall great service. They have heaters outside to keep you warm. Definitely recommend!

Lo recomiendo porsupuesto. muy deliciosa co.ida y muy buena atención

I was dissatisfied with my recent visit to this Cheesecake Factory location and here is why. The location is nice and our waiter was pleasant taking our order and getting our drinks. The biggest issue was that we waited one hour and ten minutes for our food after being seated. Our server did notify us he was sorry for the delay, but, I think it’s not OK for that long of a wait. We ordered the chicken Marsala, the salmon and the Chicken Parm Pizza Style. To be honest we all probably ate half portions of our entire meal as we waited so long it ruined our appetite and dining experience. Which may be also why the food was not as pleasing as we were once used to at this Cheesecake Factory. We saw one family leave due to the wait, and another family who requested to speak to the manager. I didn’t complain, and most likely will not return due to such a long wait for food, as there are many dining locations in the area to choose from and highly doubt that their wait is as long.

went there after dance comp after registering online 12 people waited over 3hrs after being told maybe 2. food came out cold kids wouldn't eat it. a few parents got pasta that wasn't fully cooked and crunched.. the waitress. was amazing though!!!

One of the best restaurant in North America...I loved each and every item I've tried here. Everything has unique taste including drinks and best part is cheese ???

I've ordered Mac and cheese burger with veggie patty. Very heavy, delicious. Very big in size. Awesome taste. Good service and ambience.

Went for brunch on a rainy Sunday. Place was mostly empty when we arrived. Ordered seltzer w splash of cranberry and a lime wedge. Told “don’t know if we can do that” (?!). It took 35 minutes (yes thirty five) to finally get my first drink . No lime as I asked for, the glass wasnt full. and I was charged $4.95 for the drink. I asked what the “gluten free” version of my order meant - no toast or …? She didn’t know and didn’t find out. Several tables seated after us got their food before us. Our omelets took 1 Hr 15 mins to arrive. Eggs good, potatoes very overcooked in fryer, side of bacon never came. Asked for hot sauce and was told “I don’t know if we have any”. Eventually got the hot sauce. No butter or jam for the bagel. Unacceptable from start to finish. Not going back anytime soon.

Nice ambience and superb service even though it was very busy evening being Valentine's day eve.

I went to the cheesecake factory for the first time this past Sunday and it probably won't be the last time. Everything from the food to the atmosphere was very good. The staff were very personable and that added to the experience. We started with the egg roll sampler and Buffalo cauliflower. And for my entree, I got a BBQ chicken dish over brown rice with vegetables. Very good and just spicy enough. I topped if off with the Cinnabon Cheesecake cake and have never had anything like that. Delicious. Would I go back? Yes. And you should too.
