I have been visiting Mama Estela’s probably 2-3x a week since I discovered them while shopping down in Bridgewater. I have tried nearly everything on their menu and have never once been disappointed. My go-to order is chicken tacos, but I also really enjoy their quesadillas and burritos. I especially like that they use pulled chicken, rather than diced (this makes for PERFECT quesadillas). Pro-tip: their guac is fantastic, be sure to try it on tacos sometime. Also, they are great with allergies and dietary restrictions. No nuts are used in the kitchen and their beans and rice are vegetarian.Service is great and everything I’ve ever ordered has been ready in under 10 minutes. Make sure to check their Instagram @/mama_estela_foodtruck to ensure that they are open before heading to Bridgewater or trying to place an order. I would also recommend calling in orders ahead of time so you don’t have to wait. Their phone number can also be found on their Instagram.My only hesitation when ordering from them is their use of styrofoam, which isn’t very sustainable.
Hands down THE Best Taco/Latin food truck. Every dish is prepared fresh and hot. The Tacos are amazing definitely give it a try you will Not be disappointed!

My partner raves about their food and has brought me some samplings, but I needed to go try this out for myself.I almost wish I wasn’t reviewing Mama Estela’s because I want to be selfish and keep this truck to myself. There are a solid amount of vegetarian options so I decided on the Large Veggie Quesadilla with jalapeños. This comes with guacamole, sour cream, and a spicy red sauce. I placed my order and walked to TJ’s to pick up a few things. I came back about 10 minutes later and my order was ready. I took the order home to plate and eat.The quesadilla was stuffed with just the right amount of fresh veggies, rice, beans, and cheese, cooked to melty perfection. It retained its crispy exterior through the journey home. The jalapeño were a vital move as they provided a little extra kick and acidity because the cheese veggies could easily become overwhelming. The guac was lime forward, which is my preference, and the sour cream was standard.My partner has has their burritos and birria tacos and raves about those.Overall, fresh, flavorful, and fast; definitely will make this part of my rotation moving forward.
Words cannot describe how great tasting the food is! Always friendly food is always hot and delicious never had a bad experience. The owners are really nice people. I try to get there as much as I can can’t get enough of the food.
This is the best Mexican food in town, the tacos are so delicious and you can taste the authentic flavor of Mexico. The tacos de birria are to die for. You have to try this food! Amazing 10/10

The food here is AMAZING. That’s all I have to say because it actually leaves me speechless. I never write reviews but I feel like this place deserves it. The owners who are husband and wife are always so kind and welcoming. This place is definitely a gem. I’ve been waiting for a taco truck like this located near me for the longest time!?❤️?

Food is awesome, good flavor. The de barrilla is VERY good. I would ask for lighter cheese next time, but that's just my preference.
