We visited on 7/5/22 with the intent of celebrating my daughter's fourth birthday. I made a reservation for 7 PM on a Tuesday thinking that the whole dinner process for two adults and two kids (4 and 1) could be done in about an hour. I was wrong. We had two waiters and the whole process took two hours. That is my over-arching complaint about our experience that evening. It's hard to pinpoint the exact cause of why it took so long, but I also don't care to. Dinner for four should not take two hours.Along the way, there were smaller issues that were also irritating:-Neither waiter asked us what we wanted to drink when we sat down nor when we ordered our food. We ended up forcing our drink orders upon him when he walked by. No big deal, but weird.-We ordered a sangria before our food arrived and the drink arrived as we were finishing the meal. I'm not sure how much time had elapsed, but we had forgotten that we ordered it and were surprised when it arrived.-When I made the reservation and when we sat down, we told the waiter that we were celebrating a birthday, but after we were finished with our entrees, we sat for a long time with no sign of the waiter and I had to flag him down and indicate that we were ready for dessert (90 minutes after we sat down).-The adults at the table were not offered dessert. Again, no big deal and we would have declined, but weird.-Lastly, when the birthday treat was brought out by both of our waiters, neither of them started singing when they lit the candle. There were a few awkward moments of silence, then I started singing to move the proceedings along. Again, this was very odd to me.We don't go out to eat very often so maybe I'm off-base with this review, but my family did not enjoy this dinner experience and will not be returning to Maggiano's.
Nice little casual dining restaurant that's a step up from olive garden. I ordered a garlic bread as a starter and the chicken parmesan for the main course it was both very good. The server was knowledgeable and we got the food in a timely matter
The food was excellent, we had the mussels and clams, and the fish, and chicken cutlets off the family style menu. The staff was busy and understandably delayed with getting drink refills. But overall I would enjoy dining here again.Best lemon cookies ever!
This was the choice for a Birthday Celebration. The Service was Good. Food was ok, requested El Dente for my Pasta dish and it was Overcooked. We arrived very early and dining room was empty, so kitchen was not busy. This place is massive and I would imagine they do a solid event business.The biggest problem I had was with the payment system. I was forced to use and sign up for their App to make my payment all under the guise of contact less after we were served a 3 course meal. The App wanted to save my credit card information. This process left a really bad taste and would not go back for this reason.
Outstanding service! Great food and drinks. Gorgeous family atmosphere. Staff is super friendly. Beautiful place. Definitely recommend it.
Had fun with a large group of family for a birthday. The food was amazing. One male server Emanuel. He was great! The woman with him Ashley was a nightmare! She was very unprofessional and very nasty. Someone needs to have a conversation with her. I will be back but only if she is not my server. Hopefully we have a better experience next time.
Three stars because they did not follow instructions I asked for “medium well” I got medium rare. That truly upset me on my birthday dinner but overall the appetizers were delicious and especially the butter cake it’s delicious. Besides the steak medallions being undercook, everything else was okay. Our waiter Greg was very helpful, nice and attentive. Nice atmosphere, the setting of the restaurant has an old fashion look.

I asked the hostess to seat me with a waiter that was wearing a mask she did and I can say about 90% of the staff was. I have a allergy to food and the chef came out to talk to me before he started my meal. The chicken Marsala , chicken piccata and the cod meal were great everything came out hot and good . The place was very clean and the waiter was great.
