Ordered a bucket yesterday. does not really travel well and the skin had turned soggy. the drumsticks and thighs are all smaller than comparable at Popeyes. Think KFC is falling behind in the fried chicken wars
The food is always fresh but they don't seem to want to accept my code for the survey, I completed for the free sandwich. I don't understand. This is not the first time.

ordered beyond nuggets, they smelled and tasted good but some nuggets are so hard to chew… there is no consistency…i must thank KFC in taking leading offering vegetarian options, I hope they are going to make their vegetarian menu great!
I had the 6-pc beyond meat and it was ok. The cole slaw however was disappointing.
Staff was friendly and food was quick. The staff did an amazing job handling a crazy, entitled old white woman who was harassing them and me while I waited for my food.
For a fast food place this place is on point. My orders have always been correct. Everyone that works there is nice and helpful, especially the (I believe) night manager. Only downside is the poorly designed parking lot, when it gets busy the drive thru line will go out to the highway and you can get stuck in the lot.
