The good:Pretty clean. The eating area, the game area and the restrooms were all pretty clean. The bad:No ball pit or anything to play in. Those used to be the best part for kids! The staff seemed totally checked out. There was 1 person trying to help everyone. After waiting at the prize area for 10 mins I finally asked for help and 2 ppl emerged from the back to help.Overall, it just seems less fun as compared to when I was a kid. Maybe I just grew up. Who knows.
We celebrated our son’s first birthday at this location. Due to some confusion our party table was not ready untill about 45 mins into our party start time but it did not disappoint us at all, bacause we could see them working really hard with juggling though multiple parties, while our kids having fun on the game zone. it made us happy seeing these hard working youngsters and the manager, Miss. Diamond, herself personally overseeing thing. PIZZAs were awesome, we kept ordering more as guests liked’em, they kept bringing fresh out of the oven. THIS WAS ONE OF BEST PART AND the reason i would recommend this location for party events so kids as well as adult would have good time. This a convenient location in Bridgewater with plenty of parking spaces, clean facility and less crowded considering it was Saturday evening.PS: Some of the games/rides like giraffe could use some maintenance as it kept deducting player points but it never starts. Brought it upto Diamond’s attention and we hope it gets better next time.Once again, Kudos to the Manager Diamond and her team including Miguel and Chuck-E himself.
the bathrooms were dirty, they needed a good cleaning, the drinks dispenser did not contain sodas, you pressed the button and what you got was plain water. I've been a few times before and it was very different from this last time.
I was surprised at the amount of games they had. Chuck e cheese never came out and that was disappointing but also there are very few games that were working. There were no employees to go around and fix the games.
everyone was SUPER rude. i had a plate thrown at my face. They rolled their eyes multiple times at my children. Ignored me more than once. Worst customer service i’ve ever experienced.
Clean but no longer fun, just a money pit.We always brought our kids to run around and unwind. They could climb through the play place and watch the chucky animatronics. We "COULD" pay to play games too. No more, play place is gone and animatronics shut down. At least games are only 1 token still i guess.Food is okay and expensive for frozen and reheated pizza. Salad bar is nice option.Weekends were horrid crowded with parties. Not sure now. I can't imagine having party without the ceiling play place because the kids will get bored as soon as they run out of tokens.BRING BACK THE ANIMATRONICS AND PLAY PLACE!!!!
Everything was good my little girl had a awesome birthday party and my host did a awesome job
Chuck E. Cheese has always been my family’s go to destination for parties and get togethers. The kids in my family love the game options that have changed over the years and the staff have always made our visits enjoyable. We have a few allergies in our party and the staff is always so accommodating with any questions or concerns we have
I’m so glad this place exists! My daughter who is 15 months old had a blast. The place is clean and I let her walk around and have fun. The only thing is that the ride where it takes a picture of you wasn’t working but I’m sure it’ll be fixed. This place has become a regular activity for us and we’ll continue going often!
The kids love this place! Emma at the front desk was amazing. Very helpful and great customer service
