I wanted to add corn to my burrito and the girl said they were all out of corn which was fine I just got lettuce instead, but then my boyfriend asks for corn in his burrito with a different worker and the worker got corn from the online side. And then 30 seconds later the girl that told me there was no corn grabbed a full pan of corn from the fridge and filled it to the top. I then asked her for a side of corn and she wouldn’t get it for me?? Another lady that worked there ended up switching spots with her and got me the side of corn right away so i don’t know what the other girls issue was but that’s just poor customer service. How are you “out” of corn and then gonna refill the container right in front of me after my food was already made??

Went to this location once because it was closer and I got there way earlier than closing time. I waited for about 10 min in line before someone asked for my order. Everyone was ignoring me and one employee was rudely speaking loudly with her back turned to me saying “GO HOME, WERE CLOSED”. And other employees were just laughing. SO unprofessional. Very little food in the bowl compared to my usual chipotle location. Would never go here again. Bad service.

This place doesn't know what extra means. Ordered extra cheese and extra corn on my salad bowl. Looks like they put less, not "more" cheese & corn. Highly disappointed since these bowls are almost $12 now.Too cheap with their ingredients considering the prices now. Never again.

I placed a dinner order tonight in the interest of saving time while also having a meal to enjoy. What a disappointment!! Whoever made the order definitely took short cuts and didn’t read what I asked to be in my bowl. I was missing half my order. There was no chicken, no corn salsa, but they did decide to randomly add sour cream. This is where it took a turn for the worse. When I tried to call the restaurant, all I got was some automated answering voice that wouldn’t patch me through to the restaurant until much yelling on my part. It just kept trying to take an order. When I was FINALLY put through the restaurant the phone just rang and rang until a voice mailbox came on asking for an access code and THEN it just hung up! So this meal that was supposed to be quick and easy turned into a huge unnecessary ordeal because now we have to go back to the restaurant and complain in person and get our order redone. I work in customer service and this is just the worse type I’ve come across! When a service is being provided you have to be able to reach someone and that was most certainly not the case here. Not only do the employees need to pay MORE ATTENTION TO DETAIL, but Chipotle also has to have a better way of resolving these conflicts in a timely manner. Their only suggestion by this automated voice was to click a link in the confirmation email of the order. I’m hungry NOW! How long do they expect customers to wait for a resolution?! I’m terribly disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years but this whole experience has certainly made me very reluctant of even giving them another chance in the future.

Only one (barely one) scoop of rice in our bowls, rice was barely cooked, meats were discolored and did not taste fresh. Utensil area and all utensils were dirty. Quality has gone downhill here.

Food is good but the service is so slow!! I've ordered online multiple times and I even started getting there later than the pick up time on purpose and STILL waited 45-1 hour! Employees just wandering around behind the counter. Seems to be little to no management. If people are waiting so long for their orders, good customer service would be to comp them some guacamole, queso or something!! This is insane.*update: got my order finally after 50 minutes. They claimed their system went down so someone wrote down my order. I just got home and it's not even right. They gave me Pinto not black beans, no chicken and no guacamole...which you pay extra for. Unbelievable. This place needs some serious management!

Waited for 30 minutes after set pickup time for a Queso because they are cooking a new batch?!? Couldn’t even cancel and refund the order, just ridiculous system of back fill.Only good news is the employee is really apologetic and wanted to help! Five star for him but management should review how their system!

Super hit or miss. My father and I had stomach illness after eating once and that's why I'm writing this review. It seems that at any point before they're busy, during busy times, and immediately after -- it's a 1 star. When they're slow and take care, it's a 5 star.

The worst run chipotle I’ve ever encountered. Food is always right but when you mobile order they’re usually 10-15 behind the confirmed pickup time.

I like the to take out order and it's no waiting at all if pre ordered. Bowl is our favorite and we eat it quite often.
