The Food And The Service and Bartender ( Gavin ) Makes it all worth it
Great food and awesone service! The general Manager is always very friendly and makes sure our table is well served. This makes for a great atmosphere and we always feel at home at Urban Coalhouse. Keep up the great work!
We were sat immediately upon arrival, our server was very attentive and took great care of us. Food was amazing
The chicken was over cooked and the sausage was dry and overcooked. But the manager acknowledged it. It was probably an off night as the pizza was great, as always.

Great place for great pizza! Fun to take the kids - they eat everything. Laid back and comfy enough for a "lets grab a quick bite!" and great vibe for a "lets get a sitter and have a pizza date!"
Well, bring lots of cash! We ordered 20 wings (which were very tasty the last time), and a large pizza with extra cheese. We were treated a week before to the wings and we really enjoyed them. Our order was ready when we got to the store, we live only 5 minutes away. When we got home all the food was cold. The cheese was totally coagulated and wings weren't even warm. our order coast $50.00 and we weren't given the receipt. I gave them 1 star because the wings were still tasty, but after we re-heated them in the micro wave. They aren't worth the price we were charged. We feel the order was a "leftover" that someone didn't pickup and they gave to us. We won't be going back!

Pizza and coal fired wings are real good.Good selection of beers on tap. They used to have happy hours everyday and on weekends but they're down to a few different specials mon-weds nowadays.Gavin is one of the nicest bartenders around and forgets nothing, he knows what everyone likes whether it's been a day that has passed or its been a year.
