Always a quick drive thru experience even with long lines
Tried to get service today at 445pm walking in. It seemed like 4 baristas worked really hard to avoid me. Did not acknowledge my presence. They had no problem talking to each other. I walked out without ordering anything. I was impressed with the terrible costomer service.
I use the drive through relatively often, maybe once a week. They consistently forget items or give me the wrong items. Today they did not give me half of my food order, and I drove off not realizing because I did not check the bag because I did not want to hold up the line. I could ignore once or even twice but this happens regularly .
Only go once in a while but wanted to try the new Pineapple Passiofruit Refresher. Big mistake! Very bitter!!! I can't imagine that is how it was meant to be served. Something was missed.??
About 1/3 of the time I order a hot drink via mobile and they make it iced. Another 1/3 the drink is so watered down you can’t even taste the coffee. For a $6 coffee drink, really not worth going to this location.
Amazing customer service, attention to detail, always clean and welcoming, bathroom is clean and are now unisex.
This place was great. The staff was so friendly. I loved hiw fast my service was. I highly reccomend stopping in and getting a coffee from here.

I love this starbucks location, everyone here is so nice and the drinks are always well made. The drive thru can get crazy at certain times, so if you in the middle of the day, be ready to spare a little time to wait in line. Overall a really nice addition to this plaza.
