Always puts a smile on my face!My daughter and I have been visiting this Rita’s for 20 years. The selection is always amazing and service is always delivered with a friendly smile and appreciation. Every Rita’s ice cream or ice tastes as good as the first time I had them. What could be better than that? Come on bye and put a smile on someone’s face.
Super friendly. Wish they had banana ice that day. But the chocolate ice with vanilla custard was good!
Absolute terrible service. Waiting 35 mins to find out that all the flavors we wanted were not available. They did not take the boards down. Service was beyond slow. A large like of people and only one serving with people inside just talking. We shall be using different ritas from now on.
Thank you so much. Monday September 13. I was driving by and a friend ( battling Cancer) had said how good root beer ice was. I asked at the counter and a very nice young woman said I just but the last in a cup in the freezer. I know she probably wanted it. But she gave it to me. Thank you so much. In haste I did not tip. I drive by I’ll be back Thank you so much.

My mother and I visited this Rita's location last night and were very disappointed with the service we received from the same employee for the second visit in a row. Last night's ordeal consisted of the employee who waited on my mother having a very unpleasant and/or annoyed look on her face the entire time we were being waited on. My mother requested two large wild black cherry gelatis, wish the employee attempted to hand over to my mother in overfilled leaking containers,
