Ordered an impossible burger and on the first bite noticed it was a beef patty. Beyond inevitable food poisoning it took me 8 call and being on hold for 10 minutes to speak to Micheal the manager who tried to stand his ground and “ wasn’t going to be yelled at” . Should’ve answered the phone first time Micheal. The complacency of Red Robin today will literally make me sick. Also egg fried hard doesn’t mean burn it til it’s black.
First time eating at a Red Robin, but it won't be my last. The black and blue burger was delicious. The thing I liked best was the excellent service I got from Kelly. She's a great waitress and a great human being. I'll be back Red Robin.
I believe burgers are bigger and better than before.But they need more servers.Red Robin Royalty burger is quite delicious.
It was pretty good. Our waitress was great. She was handling so many jobs and still had a smile on her face.
On my most recent visit, I walked in and sat down on their burger seats because it was too crowded at the door. While the people [of 5] were getting seated, I stood up and folks were coming through the door. Guess what? You guessed right. They took the family [of 5] coming through the door before our family of 5 and we were now stuck in line behind another family even though we were next. Mad? Upset? Definitely not. Frustrated? Yeah, it's frustrating when staff doesn't pay attention to who walks in the restaurant when they are stationed at the front. I know the business and what happened was a little lack of communication.
They gave me 8 fries with my order. I was the only one in the restaurant. I figured my 5$ tip on the Togo order wasn’t enough to secure more fires. Burger was good tho

Good burgers and beer.. They were pretty understaffed over there but the bartender was very accommodating as he substituted as our waiter as well if you try here ask them to make you a Baileys milkshake with Oreo ice cream
Ordered a Mr. Beast burger(Chris Style) and fries. Burger delivered very rare, it was completely pink inside, this burger is suppose to come medium well-well done. It also smelled funky. Fries were soggy and mushy. Just threw it away. Dont order Mr. Beast from this place!
Food was very good. Fries were a little cold But we warmed them up and everything else was great.
