Myself and daughters love this place. We usually get food from here at least once per week. And it has always been great. The new owners are absolutely over-the-top friendly. The woman that is working the counter we'll actually run (not walk) out to your car for you & hand you your order through the window. It's not necessary. However, when was the last time you actually saw an employee or owner go above & beyond each & every time, especially these days? (which is pretty much never).I commend the new owners for their great food & service & for also bringing back credit/debit card transactions. With the old owners it was cash only.
This is not a quality place. The noodles and rice had no flavor almost as if they were fried with no other ingredients. They were both a pale color. Appetizers had no flavor at all. Sushi wasn't bad, but that's not a ringing endorsement. Go elsewhere
Ignore the two 1 Star reviews you see,one person didn't even get any food. How do you leave a review about a restaurant if you don't even eat their food? The second 1 Star review has to do with delivery,which Nagoya themselves do not offer ( take outonly ) so this one is on the 3rd party delivery company. This is a great family owned and operated restaurant with Authentic Japanese Quisine such as: sushi, habachi, Chinese and much more. They have a little something for everyone. If you like authentic Japanese food you will Love this place.
