We came in to eat for the first time today for a family celebration. I made reservations base on the reviews. We were completely amazed. We arrived an hour early and they were very accommodating. The food was delicious! Val our server provided outstanding service. All her food suggestions were perfect. Every dish came out on time and looked stunning and tasted fantastic. We will be back again very soon.
It's great to see that professionalism isn't completely dead in the service industry. Ate at this restaurant for the first time Saturday night. Our server Marissa greeted us almost immediately and was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. She made great recommendations and gave honest answers to our questions. Her assistant Ella was great as well. They worked great as a team and were extremely attentive and very personable. The food was also tremendous- it's very obvious that everything is cooked fresh, and there is great variety on the menu. The only "cons" would be that there is no atmosphere and the food took a little longer to come out than one would expect. But with everything prepared fresh on a busy Saturday night, I am not about to complain about that. We will definitely be returning, as soon as possible.
We came in to eat for the first time the other day. We were blown away. We came a little late and they had no problem seating us and were quick to serve us. The food was delicious! I got the steak sandwich and it was the perfect amount and taste. Our server Val was one of the best servers we've had since moving to Brick. We actually ended up booking an event at the restaurant later this summer thanks to the great experience we had with her and others.
Pretty decor, nice staff. Too loud! I could barely hear my husband. We ended up texting each other throughout meal. We ordered the grilled veg mozzarella app, the roasted peppers were undercooked and mozzarella was standard. Waiting 10+ minutes from when we finished app until we got salads. We both ordered pasta dishes, which also took awhile to bring out.salmon was a bit undercooked for my taste.
Was kinda underwhelmed to be honest. We went for Valentines Day & it didn't seem like they put effort into the holiday, usually restaurants do a little extra for such a romantic dinner night. Our server was nice & did come over to apologize for the meals taking so long to come out. There was a long gap between our salad/soup til dinner. To he honest the soup & salad was the best part. We had the shrimp bisque & an arugula pear salad. Delicious. We couldn't wait for the dinners but they were very flavorless & lacked any seasoning. I will say they were plated beautifullybut just very blah for flavor. My fiance didn't like the chocolate sauce that was on the steak. & my scallops were just very bland with a small amount of flavorless sauce & even more bland rice. Not sure if we will be back sadly.
Not exactly sure why it takes 40 minutes to get a side salad, but it must be imported. I had heard good things, but thankfully I wasn't inside because you can't hear anything.
Our servers name is Valerie and she was amazing. I was so surprised by this little restaurant that I've passed a million times and never thought to go in. I literally didn't feel like we were in Bricktown anymore. Great ambiance, great service, amazing food. Really enjoyed everything
Had a larger party, 11 and an infant. Waiter should have written things down. Second requests had to be made, requests weren't completed or were wrong. Even a simple burger was not as ordered.The food was overall very good however with such a large party the waiter should have written the orders.
