I go here everyday sometimes multiple times a day. They are consistent in making the coffee. It taste the same every time I go here - no inconsistencies of different employees making the same drink and results are different. It has been frustrating that the donuts or certain flavors are not always available especially when you mobile order ahead of time. My biggest gripe is the parking lot / drive thru situation. This is a constant game of Tetris of cars trying to navigate in and out of this place. I’m honestly surprised there are not more accidents here
Store won't let me use my free coffee coupon. Or this POS system is not working but that's doubtful bc they'd accept my scan code for payment. The coffees at this particular location never taste right. They always taste bad or off compared to the other ones in brick and the one by my work in point pleasant
This is not the place you want to get your coffee if you are in a hurry. Got to the order point finally after a slow moving line. Was there about 2 minutes and nobody said anything or asked to take my order. I then yelled out..."is there anyone there!" Before a lady calmly said I will be back with you. After another 2 minutes she took my order...I moved about one car space and was then stuck for another 5 min. I got impatient and left and instead parked and walked inside. I saw staff doing nothing just chatting...that is unacceptable.

Worst location, I live down the street and tonight is the second time I go there 20 mins before closing @ 8:40 and they’re closed early!! I called to ask why, she said that they close early to close machines and register. Which obviously should happen after 9 when they’re supposed to close!!! And when I said that to her, she said it depends on who is closing! FYI when I went to the drive thru at 840, no one answered so I pulled up to the window and all the lights/machines were already closed and the girl was sitting with someone else on one of the seats and kept peaking to see who’s at the window. Never came up to me, nothing!

1st time here, coffee was bitter, this is a problem at most Dunkins, its a hit or miss and no consistently. The workers were very respectful.
