This dunkin sucks but in June they will move to the adjacent store and ha e a drive trough
This is bad they supposed to close at 6PM and at 5:25PM the staff is already locking the door. ???
My go-to Dunkin on the way to work! On weekday mornings it's usually the same two women and they're both super nice. I recommend ordering ahead on the Dunkin app since it's just the two of them sometimes a line forms in the store but if i order ahead, my coffee is always waiting on the counter for me when I walk in.
This one is my favorite Dunkin ❤️All the employees are great
I have gone to this Dunkin Donuts about 5 times. I order in person and somehow EVERY time part of my order has been wrong. Today was my last time. Time to find a different breakfast place.
Always an issue with the espresso machine. Stop shutting it down for “cleaning” during business hours. Can never get a latter within 2 hrs of closing. Ridiculous business practice. Never experienced this at any other place that serves food/drinks
There is no restroom at this location, what a waste.
The woman who works the register is very rude on numerous occasions. If she can’t be polite to customers she shouldn’t be working for this type of job. I understand there is always just two women working and sometimes they are overwhelmed, but I am patient and polite. She is not. She made a mistake with my order and was very nasty saying thats not what you said. I took it and will never return to this location again. The Dunkin on Herbertsville are always kind even if they are overwhelmed
The service needs a lot of help it's amazing how two ladies could do all that every time I see more than two ladies next day the same ladies that just to wonder what's going on there why they can't keep help
I don’t think I ever encountered a more rude and unprofessional staff as I have here at this location. At first I thought it was a language barrier or cultural barrier....it’s not. They are just rude and nasty for no reason. I used to go here every day....sometimes twice a day. I can’t take them anymore. Do they realize we can go else where for coffee? Wawa is right across the street!
