Trying to pass off ice coffee with whipped cream on top as cold brew coffee. After they screwed up order and gave me an ice coffee instead of correcting mistake.
Rich and the morning crew are very efficient.. you will never wait long for your order. This is my favorite Dunkin to go to because of the quick and great customer service.
Do not go to this Dunkin. The older gentleman that works the window was completely rude and nasty when I asked for my beverage to be made correctly. When I got my drink back and took a sip it was still completely wrong and made the way it was previously. On top of that my hot food was ice cold and undercooked. When I went to call to complain and see if something can be rectified the number is not in service. Do not waste your money at this establishment for poor customer service.
Ordered two green teas, got one, the other tasted different. Had a darker color to it, I think it was just ice tea and not green. Not going back there. All they to say was sorry we ran out, I would've changed my order. Also got a wrap, it used to be you got two, times have changed .
Love my Dunkin and the staff who work there as well. I'm in there every day I feel as though I made bonds with the morning girls!
It's Dunkin Donuts. They have good donuts, and even better coffee to dunk them in.
Layla the cashier is the sweetest. Came in here feeling blah but her attitude completely changed my mood. So sweet so kind so helpful.
Not bad the staff was very respectful and the wait time wasn't bad at all the reason I give 4 stars is only cause the parking other then that this DD was on point

Yuck. Terrible just awful Very disappointing. Man at window was nice but the food sucked —/it was the first time I was ordering frozen coffee I was excited for it— The worst coffee I ever had I don’t know if it was old it was very bitter something was spoiled maybe I asked for flavor shots of vanilla I couldn’t taste anything vanilla but I could taste something very off—-Got to snackbacon. Again terrible the bacon was not cooked it was cold and greasy there was barely any maple syrup or brown sugar or pepper or anything on it, it just tasted like old bacon. Old low quality bacon that is. I got three frosted sprinkle donuts or at least that’s what I paid for and when I ordered there were no sprinkles and the donuts were just pushed into the bag without any wax paper and the icing was all smashed all over the place and knocked off most of the donuts. A complete waste of $12 never never go back?
