Went to get an ice coffee in the afternoon. I told them exactly how i want it and they still messed it up. Don't know how a place can mess up and there was no one in there at the time I got my ice coffee. Very waste of time and my money!!!!!
Place has really gone down hill. Bring back Joe. Slowest dunkin in history. Closes way to early.
Horrible..never get my drink right...I have to look to see who's there..so I know what to order..because only 2 people get it right...then they give you attitude when you say its wrong??
I got a latte that had whipped cream and I very nicely asked if they could take it off and the manager basically said I was wasteful and was so mean to me all because I asked if they could just take the whipped cream off that’s all:( Never going here again.
This location is conveniently acrossed the street from me, not sure why I still go, they mess up orders constantly and the drinks went down hill over the last year. I hope this place gets better as it’s very convenient and waste of a good Dunkin.
Love the morning crew.. Donna's my favorite. Management could def use some management training.. a little skills will go a.long way with people.

This place is a train wreck; purchased 2 hot lattes. Waited 10 full minutes. When I got them home, not 5 minutes later, the cups were half empty and the drink was lukewarm. I called to complain. A recording says that the store is not taking calls.
This is a terrible Dunkin. Every time I order for delivery, they forget something in my order. Then, when I try to call to tell them about it, they either hang up on me or are rude. I don't recommend this Dunkin to anyone. Totally unprofessional.
Do not go to this establishment! The employees are rude the coffee is terrible and it is loaded with flies.
