I've never been treated so poorly as a customer from a Domino's.The employees are very rude.So many issues every time. Don't order from this dominos it's not worth the hassle.
I feel absolutely awful doing this because apparently the "manager" was the delivery driver. While he was super sweet and I could only sympathize with his physical condition, woman on the phone explained how he went out with six orders and if I wanted to cancel I would have to tell him since he was the manager (how could I possibly do that given the comment I made above?), the pizza was under cooked, late by an hour, and all the "extra cheese and pepperoni" was on one side. HOPEFULLY we won't have another complaint in the morning. The photo I'm posting is of what I saved my kids from eating all in one bite. You'll get the idea.
Just Horrible service, I ordered 4 pizzas at 7:36 pm and I had to called 2 times, at 8:46 and again at 9:42, because the first time I call the girl says 10 min. Pizza is on the way, but really the driver arrived at 10:27, almost 3hrs. Later, Pizzas was cold and my kids on bed sleeping , JUST HORRIBLE
Don't order delivery from here unless you want to wait like 2 hours for cold food that may or may not even be what you ordered because they only ever have "one driver" lol literally problems every time I have to order from here. I miss my old dominos ?
By far one of the best dominos places I've been to! They were really patient with me, they gave me a exact waiting time, and they delivered! The staff is really kind and care about their customers 10/10 will visit again.
They never deliver my full order! I always have problems with the employees after nicely asking for the Iteams
worst dominos location, ordered food, never showed up, tracker lied and said it arrived (tracker is bs in the first place so dont even count on it) and then we call endlessly, no answer. we ordered before they closed and then we get an answer from a very rude employee saying that location is closed and they cant do a thing. we call the next day and they had an important person visiting their store (because they need all the help they can get clearly) and they refunded me my order and offered me a measly WEEK of free dominos or whatever. not like id order from them since i cant even trust my order would arrive on time. if i hadnt had called i'd most likely had never received my money back and they would've gotten away with literal theft. i wish their horrible manager who's name began with a d and my delivery "driver" jolene gets fired because this was a horrid experience where it left my family starved and basically makes me never want to order dominos ever again. so much for their lava cakes. so sad.
Not your typical domino's experience. First off, I get it...it's domino's. But although I do not expect the best pizza ever, I'd at least like consistency and timely service. I'd also expect to get my pizza and sandwiches cut prior to arriving. Oh, and I'd expect to actually get what I ordered. Well, curb your expectations if you order from this one in Bick. We have tried well over 5x in the past few months to give this place a chance. Nope. Literally every darn time, something if not multiple things are very wrong. Well today was the last straw when they delivered this. (See pic) this was a cheesesteak. It was LITERALLY burnt to a crisp, I mean straight charred. On top of this, one of my pies was supposed to be lite cheese, extra sauce. Nope, extra cheese no sauce. This is not uncommon. The order was also 1 hour past original estimation. It took 2 hours and 7 minutes. I live 3 min away. I'd gladly come pick it up after an hour but we can't get anyone to pick up the phone. Food arrived cold and barely edible. Tried calling back to ask if they could remake and I'd gladly come pick it up. Gave that idea up after an 20 min on hold. Anyway, nice girl came to door and apologized for being late as she was the only one working on a Sunday night in November. I'd assume this is a product of a poorly managed business and I hope the owners can get thier act together. Can't believe they have the audacity to actually check a box in the app that says "checking for accuracy"...the quality control is laughable. Plain and simple, this is a horribly ran domino's
So I ordered a pizza with a 2L of soda at 7:09pm and 10:04pm the delivery driver pulls up with my pizza only and no soda. I call to get my money back for 2L and the girl on the phone apologized for the almost 3 hour wait then hangs up on me without taking my information.
It took over 30 mins to deliver - even though I am 4 mins away.Food arrived cold. Phone call to store was like um... well....i mean..... if she had..blah blah blah.....They should deliver my 25% tip back to my house.Even an order they gave me for free - because they screwed up the last time - was wrong. I surrender to Dominos. I would rather starve than order from here again. Suck factor = 100%
