Do not recommend. They mess up my order so many times. This is a cheese quesadilla for kids u ordered

Chipotle is supposed to be efficient. This place is not. Workers were not organized and probably short staffed. Online orders took priority to the actual customers in line. Cashier enters orders on the kiosk and then walks all the way to the back of the location for a3 minutes. Comes back to take payment. Repeats this process with every customer. Door dashers storm in, cut the line, dig through all of the online orders, then make a scene when their door dash order isn’t there. What a crazy place.

I have to agree with the general consensus, this location has seriously gone down hill. My wife & I stopped in yesterday late afternoon. We walked to the counter to order & my wife wanted a steak bowl, she asked if there was any steak since we couldn’t see any in the container, the kid say yeah, it’s at the bottom. He scooped out some to show us & you could tell it looked tough & unappetizing. My wife asked if they were going to make any more, the kid glanced back towards the grill & said no. As we were checking out we noticed another area, I believe where Door Dash orders are filled & we can see steak there much better looking & fresher looking than what we were offered at the walk in counter. I guess you are penalized now if you a walk in customer. The ordeal was so aggravating we didn’t even eat the food, what a waste. If we ever go back to this location I will order through the app from my car.

Everything was cooked to perfection!!! Staff was friendly and packed my bowl perfectly

very yummy very nice but please bring back the plant based chorizo please.

Horrible experience - we ordered sofritas and there was 3 chunks of disgusting mystery meat in the sofritas. My daughter who is vegetarian is now vomiting and sobbing at the same time after swallowing a piece of meat. Never going back to any Chipotle ever.

This location has gone downhill. The two people working the line, one older shorter man and one younger taller guy were super rude for absolutely no reason. The shorter guy gave me a ton of grief after I asked him to put more cheese on my burrito after only giving me the skippiest pinch of cheese he could. Then the taller guy gave my fiancé the biggest attitude after she found a hair in her food. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been on the line before, I’ve worked for Chipotle, Bubbakoo’s, the food service industry in general. I understand that it is a high stress, low appreciation, low paying job, and I also understand that there are a lot of bratty entitled people who will throw a temper tantrum and freak out at these hard working employees over seemingly nothing. But the least you could do is show people respect especially when they’re nothing but nice to you.

Pretty bad service, and we also found chewing gum stuck to the bottom of one of the plastic spoons in the drinks and utensils area. It was 7:00pm (the end of the day).

*takes deep breath*My wife ordered via Uber eats. Large side Guacamole and two burritos. Guacamole was absent from the bag. I understand there is a variety of complex situations where the mashed avocados could have lost there way, but all things indicate it was simply not placed inside the transportation vessel. To their environmental credit it was a hip little paper bag. Here is where they - or - the Uber eats driver took a turn for the worst, into the valley of irredeemability. One of the just two burritos (mine) was completely without the requested meat. Zero barbacoa, no exaggeration. After eating 2/3rds of the rice sack I received, I had finally resigned into acceptance that there was just not going to be any meat in this burrito. What was left of whatever that was made it’s way to the trash receptacle.I asked my wife to leave a review to inform them that we were over charged due to the missing guacamole and meatless burrito. Whatever platform she was using would not let her proceed without a photo. HOW CAN YOU TAKE A PHOTO OF WHAT YOU DID NOT RECEIVE? Additionally, against my request she had to pull that shame of a burrito from the trash bin. And for what, so maybe you can offer us a voucher to get more of your food that will not arrive as ordered?
