Chick-fil-A in Howell has to be the best in the entire State of New Jersey. The food is fresh and delicious and made with care & the manager and workers are the best by far. When COVID took hold, it was only take out for the longest time with long lines every time I ordered. When they finally opened their seating in house, it quickly returned to normal. So glad their up and running again. And I might add, even better than before!

The chicken meat in the sandwich is very soft (not dry). Waffle fries is not crispy this time. Tried the grill chicken nuggets for the first time. It is only good when it is hot. The taste degrades fast after it gets cold.

We always love this chic fil a. This morning this place was a mess. I dont know if there are new team members or what but they need to get it together. Food orders being forgotten, employees just standing around and a team member who's name starts with an A should learn how to smile and not make it known how much she hates her job because it's quite obvious.

This place is extremely popular! The food is made fresh. The fries are waffle cut and are delicious! It's so popular that they have cones outside for the extremely long lines and there are people standing outside to take your order. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. I will definitely go again!

Always fresh and delicious food....the line is always long but goes very quickly and is definitely worth the wait.

First time trying their food. I had a Market salad with a grilled chicken side. Yay, not a bowl of brown lettuce! It was so good. Hands down, the best fast food out there.

Food and service is great but had to wait too long which takes good part of your lunch if you are on the clock. Again service and food would be 5 star.

Always cherry service ☺️Staff is always patient and willing to please , patiently and sincerely .. .. ..I have even noticed each customer , whether on line at drive through , pick up line or dining in , are respectful towards one another ?

I wouldn’t eat here. I’m a former worker and I only lasted about 2 weeks. They let their breakfast food go 20 minutes expired and still serve it to the customers. I also witnessed a lot of cross contamination of food. After I expressed my concerns they didn’t like it very well and made me out to be the problem. I could not stay after seeing them ignore safe food practices after coming from a store in Charleston which I managed. I even reached out to the owner after I quit and he just thanked me for my feedback.

It's always packed around the block and takes forever no matter the time. Do not walk up as way too crazy with the cars. Super nice workers always though.
