$15 for a Burrito that was the size of a small baked potato. I ordered with extra shrimp but you would never know it. Just not worth the money! My last visit to a Bubbakoos.
Used to be one of my favorite places but it definitely ain’t what it used to be. Got 6 tiny pieces of steak on quesadilla today. It was basically a giant cheese wrap. Staff always rips the burritos too, so you lose most the toppings on the second wrap. The food is still good but I suggest going to a different location
Every time I go to this location and Brick they are all very sweet and kind! They are very accommodating and take care of you with the most efficient service! I come here quite often especially because of how well this location is ran, I recommend this Bubbakoo’s to all my clients also (:
Must have mental midgets working there. Asked for sour cream with the quesadillas the kid assured me it was in there. Called to speak to a manager and he told me to go to the store and buy sour cream. Lmao I should have known the drunk dude was gonna mess up our food.
Worst bubbakoos I’ve ever been to. I guess that’s why the parking lot is always empty. Better off making yourself your own Mexican food at home.
Update: Emailed customer support. They were quick to respond and took my complaint seriously. I changed my star rating because the service I received from the customer support and I feel confident that this will be handled internally.Horrible service. We were told at 8:30pm when the place doesn't close until 9pm that the grill was off and could not get a shrimp burrito. Meanwhile the guy JOHNNY who CLAIMED TO BE the manager when he was just a regular employee was grilling food for himself!!! He was very rude and unprofessional and clearly LIED about his position. Only to find out from corporate he is NOT a manager at all! Will not be back and will be sure to let all my friends and family know!! Shame on you Doug for allowing your employees to treat your customers like this!

I eat Bubbakoos more than the average person does and should...and the Brick location always checks all the boxes for me. Today, my delivery was running super late and ended up not showing (DoorDash's fault, not the Koos) and when I called the store asking where my order was, Douglas explained the issue to me and offered to remake my order fresh and even threw in some delicious fried oreos to make up for the inconvenience. Always a great experience with them...the employees are friendly, fast and outgoing & Douglas was so sweet and accommodating. Give him a raise!! :)
Another great option if looking for this type of food. Is it tex-mex? Southwestern? I don't know. Mexican? whatever, it's really good. Fresh ingredients and I love how they make the food right in front of you. They train their staff well, very courteous.
I've ordered from this location a number of times without issue and the food is always well prepared. The one time I had an issue was with an order being late. After reaching out to the store, the manager informed me a driver was never found to deliver the order. She then made sure a fresh order was prepared and delivered by a store employee. They even threw a little extra into the order. I left this review because service like this is hard to find these days. Things go wrong sometimes but how it was resolved meant the most to me. This will always be one of my go-to restaurants!
