The customer service is awful and the pizza isn't anything to brag about. I order from them because it's close to home and even closer to work, but not anymore! The kid who answers the phone is extremely rude! Do yourself a favor and order from Brooklyn Square!!!
I moved to Georgia and we do not have great pizza there. Azzurro’s is one of my favorite places to visit when I come back to NJ. The pizza is amazing every time. The atmosphere is welcoming. The staff are the best. I highly recommend it!
I was let down after a recent catering order. The current menu that they offer apparently has not been updated to reflect current prices. I wish I would’ve known that before I ordered (there is a tiny square of paper on the counter glass that says prices don’t reflect the current menu). Either way, no one pointed this out while I was ordering. Long story short, my order was $50 more than I expected. When I brought this up the following day, the staff let me know ‘prices had gone up and they were waiting on new menus”. They even called the owner who gave an explanation of extra costs that still didn’t add up correctly to what I was charged. The staff I spoke to said they had no idea with what goes on with the shift of workers that I picked up the food from. Confusion and lack of empathy all around….unfortunately, I will not be going back there.
After being a regular customer for the past year who loves their food, their service is awful. I live less than 5 miles from their location and it took them over an hour to make and deliver 1 pizza and a chicken parm roll. ON A WEDNESDAY night. Because I ordered through Slice they refused to talk to me about anything. They just lost a weekly customer.
The pizza was horrible. Tasted like dominos pizza. No oil or ccheese, crust was not freshly rolled dough.Worst I have ever had..
Went for lunch last Thursday 9/9/21 , lunch was not bad but what a bill ! Two sandwiches 27,00 dollars. They ask me if I want a receipt I say no it’s ok ! Checked my bank app outside it was there 27,00 dollars. Next day my wife happened to go on app we see it was changed to 3,227,00 Dollars taken out ! Go back to Resturant he gives a apology and gives me a refund receipt for 3,200,00 ! Go to the bank monies can’t be returned for three business days!!!With that you think a good business man would at least say the 27,00 dollar lunch is on me ! No free lunch a five finger hand shake ! No money in my account for five days with the weekend and a bounced check that came thru ! You tell me if this guy knows how to treat his customers! ?
First time ordering here. Ordered online, arrived at the time slot that was given still had to wait 20 minutes. Waited all that time and the dough was raw! I called to explain the situation and asked if they could make us a new one,the response was “it’s fresh dough so it looks raw, but you can bring it in and we’ll talk”We won’t be returning here.
I went to pickup a called in order and was charged two dollars more than the printed receipt that was handed to me. When l questioned the young man, he said "Oh there is a problem with the computer, sorry". I told him he still owed me the two dollars. Then he changed his story, he said "Oh the boss just raised the price on everything one dollar and twenty five cents" so l questioned how one dollar and twenty five cents plus tax equals two dollars? Then he prints me another receipt thats less than they charged me.In the end I was still overcharged.. As a loyal customer , l will never do buissness here again.
Really good local Italian restaurant. Their egg plant parm is excellent.
Delivery is always in a timely fashion. Wonderful Italian food.
