We enjoyed this place. The food was very good, the service was friendly and attentive (without being intrusive), and the decor/ambience is nice. BUT, there should be another $ added to the $$ already indicated. Two people, no drinks, no sushi,$77. Truffle fries, $15? Simple ramen $22?We will go again, but not often. These are "special occasion" prices.
I had such a great meal here. The server was very kind and the sushi was delicious. I'll definitely be going back!

Delicious food in a beautifully-designed space. Our group ordered the shrimp tempura udon, shrimp curry udon, and tonkotsu ramen, all of which hit the spot on a cold winter day. Our server was also super sweet and very attentive. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome place!!! Authentic Japanese food with Michelin level presentation. And of course you can taste the freshness of all the sashimi & sushi. Our server was knowledgeable and she recommended good choices from the specials menu. Just it might be a little pricey in NJ.
We arrived a bit late at 8pm, but the food was still freshly cooked and the server was still patient. I personally like the tango mango and truffle fries most, others like wagyu, fired rice(mostly recommended), grill squid and Italian sausage are also fantastic!! It’s almost the best Japanese restaurant I’ve ever been. Definitely worth trying again even I came all away from New York!!
Went to Wabi Sabi for the first time the other night, and I was blown away from start to finish. We had made a reservation and our table was ready right away despite being very busy. Waitress was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. My partner and I got the Sushi / Sashimi for two and added two pieces of the Spangled Emperor sushi which was just as amazing as our waitress suggested!The fish is fresh, the atmosphere is wonderful and the staff was attentive throughout the night - really showing dedication to all aspects of the experience. I will definitely go there again!
Horrific Establishment!I came here on a Saturday evening and was made to feel extremely unwelcome! The food was subpar and the "owner," made it very clear that we were NOT welcome and that he hated Americans and only had the business to capitalize on what America has to offer!I wont NEVER recommend this business and I suggest all that take pride in being American do the same! We need to stand together against outsiders that love to take American dollars but not respect us!
