This used to be one the best Chinese restaurants but now what a disappointment. I placed an order for lunch letting the young man that took my order that previously my daughter and I had been there and order pork friend rice(seafood allergy). When we got home I received a pint of shrimp fried rice called back they apologized and prepared another order. Picked it up came home and shrimp fried rice. We called back to receive more apologies was told we could come back but we passed. Was told they would credit the amount to the phone number. So told the young advised there was no credit linked to the number as a matter of fact there was no record of us ever ordering from this establishment but he did advise I could speak to the manager when I came to pick up my order. Apparently he spoke with some else who tried to get the manager I believe she said his name was Mike address the issue but his response was he was not hearing this. So I asked to speak with the manager and when the young lady came back she said his response was “I am too busy” and he refused to address the matter. For the record it is not the amount it would have cost with or without the credit that was due to us but the fact that you think you are too busy to address a customer’s concerns. You were not on busy when you gave me the wrong order no one time but two times and I was patient and understanding even when you gave me something I was allergic to. #1 Chinese Kitchen you suck or should I say Mike. Cudos to the 2 individuals that tried to help
I usually really love my food. But this time, I ordered chicken and broccoli w/ fried rice through Uber and it was by one get one. It tasted so spoiled and smelled different, kind of off. I ate a couple of bites and it made me through up. Had to throw it out. I’ve never tasted it smelled anything like that before from them. Terrible feeling?
BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FOOD FROM THIS PLACE GUYS!!! I found a dead cockroach in my food. I called up the restaurant to inform them about this situation and the person who picked up the phone call was really nasty and acted like it wasn’t a big deal at all. He told me it’s summer time and that’s probably why there was a cockroach in my food. He told me to contact Uber to get a refund and place another order. Why the hell would I want to place another order from this place? Are you kidding me?
Most unfriendly, place I've never been to. I never got a lot of state from stores employees in my life...Night time shift ,only male at the cashier when I got there .The hate is real , keep looking down to people...
The food is really good, however I believe the prices have gone up. 3 orders was over $50
So while the food is good the service is terrible. Make sure if you’re picking up your food from this establishment that they put all of your food in the bag. But if you’re using Uber eats or any other delivery service app they’re most likely going to mess your food up. Again the food is good but the service is atrocious.
This place is the WORST when trying to order food. Theee Worst customer service, very rude! And honestly the food ain’t all that.. They need to be more humble when dealing with customers spending money at that business. I’ll stick to my favorite spot
I wish I was able to rate a zero. They do not deserve not 1 star. This place has horrible customer service I am surprised they still open. The food is disgusting and they took two hours to order my food.
The best in North Jersey. Hands down. I never knew it was there until at the Dollar Tree next door with my Girlfriend and I said oh we have to try this place. Once we did try it, wow, we were thrilled at the combo portions and quality of the food. Friendly staff and they even call you to tell you your food is ready for pick up. Very professional.
I would never order from this restaurant again they are very nasty and the manager need to be lose his job he was very rude and nasty with me when I got my food it looked like someone eat out my food and the bag was opened on the side and when I called about my food they told me to bring it back to them but my car was not home and then he going to say o well we not going to fix it if you can’t bring it back and then going to say never order from us again look I will never order from them again they need to close down and I had to order different food for my kids very mad
