3rd time at this location. So sad to get home and see my smoothie with a hair in it!!! So ? gross. Completely disgusted. Management please have the workers wear a hat or a hair net.No one wants to find a hair in their drinks/food.
Fast service accurate order nothing was messed up on special requests and didn't get attitude for the extra requests. Hot food fresh and just a bit better than your average McDonald's spot. Oh btw best point sà CREAM MACHINE WAS WWE ⁴WORKiNG

They're nice and all but somehow every time I do a mobile order they never know where it is, even though the screen that says "now serving" has my order # up there. Just saying it causes me to wait longer for no reason while other people get their orders.
Fine fast food. The first microphone in the drive through was not manned, which caused confusion in the line.
The drive through is always busy, and make sure you double check your condiments, especially if you ask for extra, they sometines get amnesia.
I made mistake on my order and the supervisor was so sweet she made my order right .I lost hope coming to this McDonald’s but yesterday was the first time and it made my day that I’m writing a review for the first time .Keep up the good work it’s not easy working with pandemic ?.We all have to think safety first .Thank You
I thought the customer service for the brookdale McDonald’s was bad but this one is even WORSE. The manager for the night shift has a TERRIBLE attitude. I don’t know how she became manager or how she has patience for anything in life. She was talking to all of the customers/drivers/ and coworkers like they were trash! I’m sure by the time this review is posted, she would have already been fired.
