Based on so many positive reviews, I placed phone order after reviewing the store's online menu. When I picked up my order, I was surprised by the higher charge on my order. Was told that the pricing on the online menu was incorrect, and they wouldn't honor the online pricing. I cancelled some items in my order, particularly one item that cost $3 more than the online pricing.
I rarely order from here. Do yourself a favor and order from a different place. We ordered a pie and it was supposed to take 35 minutes. When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready so I waited an additional 15 minutes in the car. I went back inside and the young lady said “I’m sorry it’s not ready. Not sure how long”. It was already an hour wait. I kindly asked for my money back but owner refused. He was rude and said “no, I can’t do that. You must wait”. I’m not sure if it was because Of my race. But they refused to talk to me and also give me my receipt for the pizza I paid for. I would at least file a dispute with my card company. They finally gave me my order with receipt but after complaining about how rude they were. They should give proper time when customer orders. Not have them wait an additional 35 minutes. They did not meet customer satisfaction and it was clearly a disaster trying to place orders they couldn’t fulfill. I will never order from here again. Let’s not forget how cold the pizza was from waiting on the chicken order that took 20 minutes. It was not worth the wait. The place is also very expensive. Service is terrible also! Best place I e ordered from Zia Zia! Great fast service, on point all the time and fresh delicious food, nice and warm.
This pizza has the best authentic taste I have had in a while. I used to live in the city and you know great pizza the sauce is everything!We just bought a house in west Orange but I have been in area for a while and Mario’s from now on!!! Absolutely delicious
This place is right around the corner feom my home. Not the BEST pizza nor the service. The owner is and his Staff is terrible. I was overcharged and called to explain to the owner (Danny) he’s over talking me and NOT listening to the customer. To me it’s the principle of the matter listen to your customer and give me back my 2dollars. Don’t waste your time.
One word deliciousness! I always hit this place up on my lunch days and they never disappoint. Even with the change in ownership they still stayed true.
I been a loyal customer of Mario's for decades, the service has always been good and with the new owners quality has stayed the same, unfortunately like everything else prices have sky rocketed

Pizza was on the heavy side but sauce was tasty. Ordered sausage and mushrooms, very prompt.
Doing an errand nearby, the food smelled good walking by. Ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza. Huge slice, no stinting on the pepperoni. Not too thin, not too thick, hot, and enough to fill you up. Good solid pizza place.
