Terrible service. Gas is too expensive to have to drive back because the staff is lazy and incompetent and can’t get our order right.But they want $15+ an hour. Maybe they could use it for some hearing aids so they can get their orders right.
Food very dry. I asked for a mashed potatoes and they forgot the gravy. The fries were old not fresh. In other words: "Horrible ".
Always a good go to for a quick meal. Better to order early online so you don't have to wait long because it gets busy after 5.
I arrived at 9:00 pm to order and they said they didn’t have any food . That they had only for delivery. Right after two customers came in and they placed an order. This is poor customer service!
The only reason this place got 2 stars is because Butts customer service is excellent . The manager is incapable of handling this place . No coordination!Update 03/10/22Came back here . Same poor service as before. Maybe this is the cashiers first job but that’s not an excuse for the poor service . No greeting , shes annoyed with every customer she serves . Tiny pieces of chicken. I asked for original and a young lady gave me crispy chicken that did not look like it was recently cooked. She got an attitude when I told her that I didn't get what I ordered.Her position was to knowingly give me what I did not order and then seem annoyed when I pointed that out.I usually don't spend time posting reviews, but this is not the first bad experience I've had with this KFC.Stop selling food that's been sitting out too long and please improve customer service.
Manager Elizabeth Figarot this Glenwood Ave Bloomfield NJ Kentucky Fried Chicken is unprofessional, profiling and stereotyping! I waited over 15 minutes until 7:30pm on March 2, 2022. I was never acknowledged for service, until I ask for assistance, after waiting in front of the register for acknowledgement! There was 5 persons working behind the counter. No one else had to place a order, but myself. Only two other person's were in store, that had been waited on previously. This type of service must be retrained to be more courteous and professional. This is a National Chain Restaurant, that I support all over this country and in the International world for many decades.Minister Murray ??✝️⛪
Staff is friendly, but something is always missing from my order. The owner should think of a bigger space. The line is always out the door because its so small.
Ordered ahead and it was hot and ready for pick up. I even got a thank you. Great location
I love their wings as long as they don't let them dry out
