Don’t go here. Bad at communication and they don’t know how to make drinks. I had to have them remake my drink twice and it still came out gross and wrong. My drink order was simply a macchiato.

Its Dunkin, but the lot is small and essentially can only go north onto Kennedy Blvd only. Random people outside soliciting change and cigarettes.
I order from here daily multiple times a day. Sometimes the egg in the sandwich is not cooked all the way or the hashbrowns are undercooked and I still order from here. One night I had donuts in my order and was given the wrong ones. I brought them back and they put them right back on the shelf and offered an alternative. If that wasn’t a red flag already, silly me took a bite out of the new donut and it tasted like cleaning products. It was so nasty I could feel it tingling the roof of my mouth. I went back inside and complained and gave them all the donuts and they offered me new ones. Like what? WHY would I want more donuts from the same place?? I told them I couldn’t give those to my children and requested a refund. After multiple requests I was eventually told I couldn’t receive a refund because I made a mobile order. Then I was eventually told I would have to return in the morning when a manager was present to get a refund. I didn’t bother trying to return. I’m so disgusted after spending my money here for so long. Consume at your own risk.
I wish they would get an actual light for their sign so one can read the selections in the early morning. That seems out of line with franchise standards. Eh.

The old Hindu lady taking orders was rude, I was trying to take my order and she couldn’t hear me even though I repeated my order twice she seems to not like or understood what I said and she started to give me looks and talked to me like I didn’t know what I was ordering. And then she spoke to her coworker in their native language saying who knows what. Don’t know why they need to have such a negative environment in that place.
The guy working overnight shift doesn’t like to make sandwiches or any food. He says he doesn’t make it past 10pm. No other Dunkin has this rule except for this one. Sounds like someone doesn’t want extra work to do??♂️
