Worst customers service. They miss something in the order and then they leave you in the end of the line to give you what you missed.
This Dunkin is very clean. I went there twice, even though I live in the town. Now it is my go-to place. The only things that I found odd, the utensils are located behind the counter and it is not accessible to the customer. Why is that?
The assistant manager and manager are very nice people who listen to customers' concerns. I understand it's a stressful job; some of the employees could be a little more patient.

For the first time my drink has been made finally right ??it’s so good that I’m leaving a review with pictures .It’s large ice signature latte mocha less ice easy on the whip cream ?it looks like boba drinks with out the boba pearls .ThanK You
Every time I order for mobile pick up, I always end up waiting 10-15 minutes for my order. It doesn’t matter when I place my order, it’s always a 10-15 minute wait. This morning I WATCHED the woman make half of my drink and then start cleaning and restocking inventory. It took another employee to ask me what I ordered for my order to be completed.
Whatever the guy’s salary is that was making sandwiches on Sunday morning it’s not enough! I watched him juggle orders at lightning speed, like a pro. Good job.
If i could give 0 star i would. All 3 drinks were labeled and still done wrong and the eggs on the sandwiches were still cold. The short spanish mananger is really disrespectful, she speaks to her customers and her WORKERS very rude. I see all these reviews from months ago and she’s still in management? This Dunkin needs to set a better example
The female manager was very aggressive. She needs to be more pleasant in the mornings, maybe have a cup of coffee before barking at the employees...IN SPANISH! Not professional at all.
