Good staff serving meal with smile on face. Serving quality, taste, presentation on bowl when they make - everything was so perfect that you don’t have or can’t have complaints. I want to give special thanks to Ms. phoenis who was making veggie bowl for me on busy time at 1:30 pm. It was long line and people waiting to get their turn for their chipotle order on lunch time, she served meal with smile on face. Great team serving at this location.
I would rate it 0 stars if I could!!!As someone else said, this place is completely unsanitary and they are ridiculously unorganized.I ordered on Doordash at 8:18PM, arrived at 8:30PM and waited until 9:51PM FOR A BURRITO BOWL AND SOME CHIPS.But wait, there's more! They served EVERY customer that was in line before they even started on online orders. You know, it'd be reasonable if they took care of 1 person in line, then handled an online order.. But no, these children can't even get a system down to ensure customer satisfaction. I could have ordered ON SITE and got my order faster!!!BUT WAIT... THERE'S MORE.... As I mentioned above, I ordered at 8:18. The guy grabbing the tickets for online orders didn't even print them in the correct order and pretty sure he didn't print mine at all, until I got upset. I could have gotten past the wait, and other things I mentioned... But to have orders that came in at 9:23PM be made before mine?.... and he was going around and talking to different people, then making their order before other's order EVEN THOUGH THE OTHER ORDERS CAME BEFORE THE PEOPLE HE TALKED TO. I MISSED AN EVENT THAT I PAID TO ATTEND BECAUSE OF THIS.To make it worse... There was a piece of straight black hair inside of my food... Please don't even go here, this location deserves to be put out of business.
WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FOR PICK UP!Always a 20+ min wait when I order for pick up, the store is always messy, and the employees are never happy. This Chipotle can't ever get it together and I've lived in Bloomfield for almost 1.5 years now. What a shame.
If i can give this place zero stars I would ordered food on the app ahead of time while leaving work and also bc what I wanted can only be ordered online apparently set my order for 6pm pick up bc of the drive I have to take to get there and be told that my order was made already and probably stolen why was my order made before 6pm anyway and why are they not verifying pickup orders and the manager tells me that their policy is for me to call and make a complaint that they can't remake the food like whattttt , SHUT THIS PLACE DOWNNN ASAP AND FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF AND CHANGE THAT DISGUSTING POLICY EVEN HAD TO CALL THE POLICE ! ITS RIDICULOUS THAT MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR SURE !
This chipotle consistently gives bad service. I placed an online order but when I arrived I was told my online order was probably “stolen” and I can cancel and get back in line. That defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. This is the third time I have had a issue with them and it will be my last because they are the worst. Food is always wrong as well.
My food order was supposed to be ready at 12:10 pm and I'm still waiting. I think your person needs more training because one of them is just watching and heating tortillas. I think they can get the job done faster if they always work as a team. i come to this place in bloomfield and they are always slow they forgot chips in my order and the apple juice and the food was soaking the bag they are dirty to work
It is currently 09:37 PM. According to there window hours they close at 10 PM but the staff member refused to serve customers. She stated we close at “9 PM”. Thank you for wasting my time and gas coming here.Also, if you made a personal order, you have to call customer service for a refund.
Pretty good place. Straight to the point employees. They do mobile orders and walk in orders at the same time but they get the job done really fast!
The worst place ever usually I eat with no problem in all chipotle but this place had the rice was so hard like a stone, and the manager refuse to make it right. Anyone in there know how to make rice? Come to my house my wife can give you a free tutorial. Now I have to call chipotle to get my money back because they refuse to make this something that you can eat
This place is the absolute worse place in the chain. Orders are never correct and the customer service is trash. Even when I try to give the benefit of the doubt they will disappoint. I will definitely not place any orders at this location EVER again. 12/30/21 placed my order drove from Hudson County (35 min drive) after a long day at work. I get to this location and the staff of 7 individuals were all seated in the dining area eating as the doors were locked and a few orders were in the window( none of which were mine) but my account was charged. When more people started showing up 1 of the staff started pointing to the orders in the window laughing. When asked why was the orders not completed she said that there was no food and it was 8:20pm they close at 10pm. The other individuals that were eating started laughing and continued to enjoy their food. The young woman then opened the door just a crack and said call the 800 number to get a refund and walked off. As I stood there in disbelief a woman came to the door with her order of 6 meals all of which were incorrect she asked what can she do she was told call for a refund and the door was closed in her face. As much as I enjoy the food I would rather spend my money at Moe's.
