My group and had the shrimp basket, flounder poboy, and crablegs. Everything was delicious. Customer service was good enough.
The first time we ordered was Mother's Day, so I thought it was a busy day and that was why the fried shrimp was over-seasoned.It wasn't a fluke.Today we ordered the shrimp basket and a fried flounder basket. They were inedible. We will not be back.
Today was my first time to eat here I’ve been waiting awhile to Finley be able to come in and was excited and was extremely disappointed the food to me was good but the customer service was in no way welcoming or relaxing we called before we even got there to see if we needed a reservation they did not tell us that they had a private event going on the music was extremely loud we could not even hear our waitress and she could not hear us we asked the owner if they could lower the music and he basically told us no because they had paid for a venue but if you’re doing a venue that is completely rented out the entire establishment why are you taking walking customers again I feel the food was good but paying customers who are walkins are As important as individuals who pay to rent out for a day when we called we should’ve been told that there was a venue going on I came to have dinner not be in a night club if I wanted to be in a nightclub I would’ve went to one I literally sat there for 20 minutes got all my food packed up and left I cannot hear myself think I did not in anyway feel relax in a place that should be relaxing as a restaurant but I will say that I felt the food was good next time tell walk-in customers you have a venue going on and shut the restaurant down for walk-in customers
Angel is the best thing about this place! She puts so much effort into making sure customers are taken care of and it shows. I actually don’t see the place running without her.
I love this place! Been here a few times and I’m never disappointed. That Aloha sauce is so good!
We came here as a family of 5 with 2 young children. Restaurant had plenty of available tables and they were accommodating to my request for a booth for my little ones. Service was good and food was excellent. Enjoyed the fried scallop appetizer and the seafood in the aloha combo was delicious. We got the old bay seasoning with medium heat and it was just right. Will definitely return especially once they get their liquor license.
Someone else mentioned the food being salty and I should’ve listened. I always think everyone has a different salt tolerance and decided to give this place a shot hoping it would live up to my favorite place Hook N Reel (btw check them out in west orange). I ordered 1 hr ago as I type this message and it’s unfortunate to say the flavor of the sauce was missing! I ordered the Aloha special, and there was nothing special besides a puddle of butter with salt and paprika. Maybe I had high speciations coming here but I really wanted to support a new business in town. I refuse to give anything lower than 3 stars because It seems unfair to judge a new business so quickly but I doubt I will be dining here again. Good luck to the business in this busy town!
I’d definitely get it again best one in Bloomfield prices are decent only thing they’re missing is the bar opening up

Great tasting food! Host was great! The environment and decor was fabulous and entertaining. It just took a little bit long to get my clam chowder.. but flavor was really spot on and definitely would encourage EVERYONE TO GO THERE!! IF YOU LIKE SPICY FOOD START WITH A MEDIUM LEVEL AND WORK YOUR WAY HIGHER
