Amazing experience! Custom cream cheeses on fresh bagels! And a nice variety of breakfast platters
Decent bagels but most of the staff is so so rude . The older woman behind the counter will ignore you and not speak one word to you . Even if you call ahead for an order, you’ll still wait (and be ignored) for a good 15-20 mins. They need a better more organized system. Also, being kind goes a long way!
I used to visit them regularly in the past but I don't live in the area anymore. Well I made my first visit in almost four years and my experience was what it used to be ... good, I will stop by every time I'm in NJ, I really enjoy their breakfast sandwiches and their fresh bagels in the morning.
This is my third order in a monthly that they messed up. This is unacceptable. I am fan of their bagels, but the service and attention to customer's order is zero.Owner should pay attention before they lose more customers.
