I usually would have given this location pretty good scores as I've come here plenty and they've done a generally good job.Today I was on my way home from my sister's and decided to stop and grab some food. I turned into the plaza and noticed that there were construction vehicles blocking the drive through windows and figured they were closed. I know they've been doing interior construction but stayed open through the drive through but figured they needed to close to do some work to the back of the house.I went to drive around the building and exit the plaza and ended up stuck behind a terminix vehicle. I'm thinking, ok maybe they're also being pre treated for pests since it looks like they're putting up a new Wendy's sign or something. I go to back out and then notice: it's not that the terminix vehicle is there to work! It's a customer!The drive through speaker is accessible. But they have 2 employees standing outside in 82° heat and 90% humidity when there are record breaking heat waves ACROSS THE GLOBE handling payments and walking from the window to the cars in line.#1 this can lead to employees getting heat stroke or exposure. #2 this puts employees in danger of being harmed by a customers vehicle. #3 this keeps employees from having a place to retreat to if necessary from unruly customers.I was disgusted. I will never go to this Wendy's location again. I can't support this kind of behavior by the owner. I'm posting my review to make others aware of this. Make your own informed decision.
I got chili this afternoon not one piece of meat was in the chili like come on! Also no sour cream with my potato I asked twice. Chili was also cold how can that be. Do better Wendy's.
placed mobile order for Asiago Chicken sandwich and new Strawberry Frosty last nite... at drive-thru window, attendant is in bad mood, yelling at other employees while on a personal call, I'm handed a big bag to which I clarified my order is only Asiago Chicken sandwich and Frosty, he responded that there's no Frosty, then he yells to the back...a few minutes later I'm handed a bag with sandwich, it's Asiago Chicken alright but it's spicy and looked like somebody sat on it...seems this place couldn't find responsible employees, been like this for the last 6 years, don't know why I come here...?
The service crew of this fastfood 181 Lefante Way, Bayonne, NJ 07002 name Ranida gave me a very very bad and not friendly service and very rude attitude. While I ordering she walk out and gave me a bad look without and reason. She even yelled at me and argue me Infront of her manager and other customers. And her manager didn't even do anything action on her and even apologize on me on her behalf for the rude attitude she don't to me.
It’s a very busy place but food is always good and hot. Ppl have to be mindful that fast food is a busy very busy establishment just remember that! Jada n all the other staff are great and try their best to satisfy customer needs. Some of you customers need to be realistic and stop thinking so much when you’re hungry eat a snicker or something!
Customer service is absolutely trash here. The young girl who rolled her eyes at us when we asked for ketchup, the manager who mumbled and acted like we were an inconvenience, and the no receipt. I've NEVER left a bad review but the people here need to find some new jobs. We didn't ask you to be in the position you are. So fix your life.
Not that noticeable from the highway in a location with folding businesses this place is still managing to stay afloat. They have much better service and friendlier management than the other Wendy’s in the area.
EVERY TIME I order from this location something is wrong. I recently ordered using Uber eats and half my order was missing. I reached out to the store and spoke to Jada (who stated she was a manager) and she replied.. without empathy.. if you can come today or tomorrow we can give you the items. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!
Baked potatoe was very small not enough cheese and bacon I ordered a single cheese burger no tomato got home and there was a tomato and it was very dry
Got my order completely wrong. They need to get there drive thru fixed. Person taking the orders isn’t hearing you correctly and putting it in wrong. I order a Baconator double and a 10 pc nugget. I got something completely different. Does this look like a baconator and a 10pc to you?
