The store manager at this location should be replaced. He is very very rude and talks to people like he’s better than them. You can’t run a business this way, very unprofessional. Makes since why the reviews are so horrible and they can’t keep anyone
So I tried the "beefy" 5 layer burrito for the first time, and it wasn't nothing beefy about it. Literally... hence the air quotes. Was all beans and cheese until the end where I got only a few bits of beef. Think I'll just stick to the tacos from now on. At least I know what I'm getting with them. Horrible!
Ordered 2 meals that were supposed to have 3 tacos each and 1 taco was missing, food was broke and smooched like the workers don't care. We opened immediately in the car, no reason for the presentation to be so sloppy.
This location has absolutely no urgency. they are extremely slow. I waited on the drive-thru line for 25 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. And don’t expect any remorse from them. Avoid.
They ALWAYS mess up your order! That’s why they get 0 stars. Messed up my order the last 4 times I went I always have to go back inside because they forgot a taco or meat or refried beans when I clearly asked for black beans, check your bag at the window!
I went here and was normally eating my food, and I decided to count how many tacos they gave me to make sure it was right and when I checked they were 2 short and they didn’t give it to me until I asked, they also gave us the wrong drinks as well. There was also a nail in the seat that was sticking out and my mom sat on it not knowing about it and it hurt her and ripped her pants.
Ordered two Supreme Dorito Tacos. One had zero sour cream the other had a drop only on one corner. The women that took my order was rude. Last time they gave me the wrong order. Disappointed.
This place has an extremely long wait time, the food is good but there's no customer satisfaction. The employees do not make much effort into service with a smile, and they respond as if they were going to prison. ( agitated )
The employees here are slick in tricking their manager. I ordered thru the drive thru and then paid at the window. They asked me to backup since there was no cars behind away from the window and wait till they called me back to the window. I pulled back up to the window after waiting 5 mins and I asked why did you make me back in up and wait back behind the yellow poles. The girl said because it the time counter of how long it takes for food to come out is by the window. So basically they wanted it to appear that I drove up to the window and my food was ready in 10 seconds.
I personally thought this place was a great place but I got the new chicken tender taco and loco taco to find that when I tried eating it in my car all the meat cheese and lettuce in the bottom of my bag because the tacos were not correctly wrapped. What a disappointment for a first time with new food…
