The girl in the pictures of powerhouse. She takes orders and make drinks. The only drawbackbaxk was the person heating the hot food was moving slowly.

Very pretty cafe and wonderful seating. Efficiency has 100% improved! Of course if you come at a busy time you'll have a wait time. And customer service is and has always been great! It's also spotless clean in here.

This Starbucks has very slow service ever since it opened. The drive thru line is long becauae you have to wait iver 15 minutes after you’ve given your order. They’re only fast when getting your orders because like yesterday, we felt rushed like why would you assume we only need one drink? They even made a mistake and forgot to give a pastry order. When they think they have fulfilled your order they’ll close the window so quick and can’t even catch their attention.

First time having Starbucks coffee in my life. Ordered a normal large cup of coffee with milk and sugar (about 4 sugars) and paying around $3.60 for it. Upon receiving it and trying it out it tasted more of a watery taste than actual coffee. Whole milk felt like it wasn't really there yet it looked to appear it was. I figured that asking 4 sugars would be 4 tablespoons of sugar, however it's probably less or around 4 packets of sugar which probably wasn't enough since it really wasn't sweet. I could have just went inside and asked for more sugar, but didn't have time since I was in a trip to get there in time. Gas station coffee is probably your best bet, you go in and poor the coffee yourself. Never trying Starbucks in my life ever again. I can never understand why there's so much hype or fame for just special coffee's, anyone can make coffee, go support a local business for christ sakes.

If I could give this Starbucks zero stars, I absolutely would. I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer. Regardless of the condition or location I travel to, I always search up a Starbucks near me. Out of all the Starbucks I’ve been to, the service and wait time at this location is unacceptable. I get my coffee during NYC business hours and I’m in and out within few mins. It’s unacceptable that I have to wait 30mins plus for mobile order and even longer for in store and drive thru. This forces me to look else for my cup of coffee and it’s really the most ridiculous and unacceptable wait time ever.

My boyfriend and friends ordered an hour ago, it was a long line but that’s at most Starbucks plus this is a popular stop and the only one in Bayonne with a drive through, it’s understandable when there are so much orders to fill out. Us as costumers should be a little patient because it’s not like they are ignoring us but instead will get to our drink soon. i watched one person left while in line and a lady ahead of me ordering extra stuff which is one of the reasons for holding up the lines. Either way worth the wait love the partners here and won’t mind coming back.

Yes they move slow but stay busy. My advice order 20-30 min. before picking up your order especially if you know you have some place to go. I see lots of already cups when walking in so If you can walk in just walk in and not waste your time on the drive thru line that seems to go nowhere.

Order#71081896. Ordered mobile 1109am. It's 1141am. Still waiting. 9 workers. 30 people also standing here waiting forever for coffee. What's wrong here?? Ah. 1145am I just got 1 of my drinks..... 2 to go still. They really should say on the app..... It's a 45-50 minute wait at 11am when it's busy. BE PREPARED TO WAIT1155am. I just got the espresso drinks now. So just under 1 hour wait. @starbucks please update the wait time for drinks. So many people so upset

20-minute wait even after placing a mobile order in advance. We were told they don’t sell Venti-sized coffees at this location - but it’s available for order. They said they don’t always call out names of the orders and expect customer to wait until past the pick-up time before following up. Also they don’t voluntarily tell the customers that they don’t sell Venti coffees and customer has to point it out in order for them to refund you the difference.

Starbucks, you need to figure out what the issue is for this store. Waiting over 30mins for a drink is not cool regardless how busy it is. Not sure if you need to tweak your operations or staffing but you need to find a solution. Your other locations in the heart of NYC during its busiest time is never like this Bayonne location. Drive thru, walk in and mobile orders tickets seem to be coming out of the same machine and delaying all orders. Please find a solution
