I love Sonic but one thing I hate about This Sonic location. Everytime I go the stalls are closed. Isn't that the whole point of going to Sonic compared to other fast foods. Suppose be a drive in theme ?. Like good old days . Being short staffed shouldn't be an excuse. This location just lacking the full experience. The food is great I'll tell you that.
They forgot my sandwich on a busy drive thru mobile order. It's okay though, I disputed with the bank saying i didnt get the product. Thank you for the free lunch franchise owner :)
I don't know how this place has 3 stars. They're so incompetent that they can't even have the stalls open because it's too much to handle. This is not a fast food place all though the quality of the food definitely is fast food, you will be waiting in line for 20-30 minutes. Do not order on Uber eats your order will be wrong and missing something every single time. They use to have a board up that said "days with out complaints" and it was always at zero. It must have been bad for moral because finally they just took it down. This sonic is absolutely horrible.
Walked in and waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order. No one came. They seemed more interested in one of the employees who came late. I could understand if they said someone will be there in whatever amount of time but they were arguing amongst themselves. The place looked dirty as well. I wouldn't come here if I were you.
I came for dinner one night while in the area. Typical Sonic location with the drive-in stalls. I ordered the chicken tenders dinner. For under $10, you really get a lot of food. Food was hot and fresh. Service was very friendly. Sonic is my favorite fast food establishment!
Customer service is always great here, I love the options on the menu and the burgers are SO good. I had a bacon cheeseburger ? for the first time at Sonic and it was delicious! It won't be my last time eating cheeseburgers there.
Drive thru slow.. food cold. Will not be going back.
French fries was good and fresh but the double bacon cheeseburger was dry and tastless. Must've been old and reheated. Will not be going back to this Sonic location.
Found hair in my food. On top of being charged for an item I never received
sometimes its amazing, sometimes its trash. very hit or miss but kinda worth the risk
