My husband and I went to Bayonne location on 05/31/2022 around 7pm and let me tell you, the portion of meat the server gave us was so small that we literally counted about 10-12 small pieces of grilled chicken. For the price we paid, I would expect more than that. I was so disappointed that never again we will order from there. Let's not forget the cashier who was on duty around 7pm. She has the most nastiest attitude with her eyes rolling and sucking her teeth as if she had a piece of chicken stuck between her teeth. Slamming the item on the counter. Who does that? Whenever we go there, never once I saw her smile and pleasant with customers. She had one face for everything( the face of, i hate this effing job kinda face). You can't be in the front line and expect customers to come back with that kind of attitude. Workers need customer service training or get better workers. Huge disappointment! I will be taking my service elsewhere. I even took pictures of our meal beforehand.
The food was great and the portions was as usual. The only thing was that the staff seemed very unmotivated and did not give any greeting. Many of them were standing on there phones as well. Besides that the establishment was clean and I overall enjoyed eating here.
Workers should be changing gloves after cleaning. I saw 1 worker doing multiple jobs while fixing orders. Dipping the same gloves in cheese and lettuce that just came out of some bucket filled with God knows what is unacceptable. There were other workers there by the way. Preparing the food is another story. I will say I agree with someone else about online orders being priority. The same unsanitary worker was making a complete mess fixing those before getting to mine. Maybe I came at a bad time because I never had anything bad to say before tonight.I got a bowl and my daughter got a burrito. Look at how much care went into wrapping the burrito
Visited last Saturday evening, they were not very busy but the tables were dirty from prior guests. The portions could be better, overall they are okay
I had come to dine in and unfortunately lost a very sentimental earring of mine that a family member had given me who passed away. It’s value is irreplaceable. I thought to call the store and give it a try and I spoke with Petra on the phone who is the manager. She was the absolute sweetest and so so caring. She went out of her way to look for it and found it. I went back to the store to thank her and missed her so I wanted to emphasize how amazing this manager is and how so lucky they are to have her!
Love this location the staff is always friendly and the food taste amazing here. I wish customers are able to leave a review with the company itself. I give this location 5 star’s
So I’m extremely satisfied with the location food service and prices I understand there’s some bad reviews I have no reason for a bad review I had a fantastic experience food was good place was clean faculty employees were very respectful and professional as a customer I am happy I think they actually work hard to achieve the customer satisfaction it’s very hard to make everybody happy but again I personally like this location compared to others in the area I would definitely go back
The food is great is only reason for the 1 star . I was told 3:55 then 4:17 , 4:24 and 4:35 for my delivery it is now 4:40 and still no food you try to reach someone and like everyone else less pass the buck to doordash and you can't reach them delivery driver is not picking up. Thoroughly disgusted
Told the person behind the counter it's my 1st time..he was very helpful gave a good walk thru...but couple of things and was very happy with service ?
Food has little taste but for almost 12 dollars this bowl is half full. They definitely give you more at other places. This is the second time i try a qdoba from a different place but both time i have been disappointed.
