The worst place ever. Rude customer service. You will never get your order right. Disgusting food. They give you the food without fork or spoon or even a straw for your drink. I found bones inside my mashed potatoes. The manager was so rude and the employees as well. Don’t ever order from here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I may order from here 3 or 4 max times a year. And without fail, every single time this location is always out of chicken which results in 15 min or more wait or having to cancel because it's not stocked at all. Besides never having their primary item (chicken) the customer service experience is TERRIBLE. The prices are ridiculously high to deal with this. I live 2 mins. from this location and have vowed to never patronize the entire brand because of my experience with this location.
IF I was able, I'd give this place no stars. Drive through order @ 1:20 pm - on a Thursday simple order... Popcorn shrimp, 2 piece spicy with fries.Shrimp over cooked and hard... Some of the most DRRRRYYYY Chicken I have ever had in my life!! Overcooked to the point that I wasn't able to even eat most of the breast and the fries - some of them were nearly black. The biscuit looked good but was also DRY - and hard on the bottom - I seriously could've used it as a doorstop!!Who manages this place? This is what you call quality? Why are places like this still in business. Go spend your hard earned money someplace else - KFC, Sonic, Panda, Subway, QDoba... ANYTHING BUT HERE!!!
The only good reviews R probably from employees. The food and service blew more than once. If they can't handle a rush you shouldn't be a manager. The people serving are only kids, can't blame them. They weren't trained right. I went inside to order and 2 people came in from the drive-thru cause their order was wrong and they got an attitude. I got home and my stuff was wrong. That was my fault.Didn't check
This place is terrible when it comes to delivery orders. No matter that you ordered spicy, without fail you will ALWAYS get mild. You literally have ti go in person and try your food before leaving to make sure they gave you spicy.
One of the worst Popeyes ever. They messed up the orders. The staff thinks it’s a joke and some of them is falling asleep. Also, don’t blame the drivers (Uber, doordash, or grub hub) if you’re meal is wrong. It’s not their fault.
This Popeyes have they own rules plus they charges you extra for some stuff when you buy chicken at this store they refuse to give you sauce because according to the owner they said the sauce is not for the chicken is for something else and if you insisted to get it you will need to pay 25 cents for each sauce since when only that one I never hear that at any others Popeyes so I advise you not to go to that one plus they are so rude .

Only thing we ate on Sunday evening was this garbage of Popeyes. I’m writing this review from er of jersey city hospital. Don’t ever order food from here. Disgusting freaks sent me some raw chicken with fries now me and wife are sick puking everywhere. Pathetic
Place is good and well.managed. only issue is they are always busy. So prepare for a little wait.
