This place has zero quality control. Order 70 dollars worth of pasta and all of it is super dry. On top of getting my order wrong they were crazy rude on the phone made me hold 5 times. Never ordering again. I would love to see Gordon Ramsay rate this pasta.
My experience at Pizza Masters was less than satisfactory, it was extremely disappointing actually. I do not eat at this pizzeria and today’s experience further proved my point as to why. This place was open late and I decided to step in to order pizza for a friend & a pepperoni roll for myself. I ordered two cheese, a buffalo slice, a pepperoni slice and a pepperoni roll. When it was time to pay, I wanted to pay for my pepperoni roll and have my friend pay for the rest. They reiterated our order, leaving out the pepperoni slice despite me telling the gentleman multiple times. This was no issue to me, people make mistakes all the time. However, instead of correcting their mistake with grace, these two not so lovely little girls decided to react in disgrace. They insisted on telling me that I was the one who did not order correctly. Lol okay. It was not one but two employees who had this same approach. Frankly, I am not the one to tolerate disrespect. I am not sure how they vet their employees, however they are clearly not qualified to work in the service industry if they cannot get their emotions in check. I wouldn’t tolerate this disrespect from an exemplary, luxe 5-star restaurant nor would I tolerate it from them. The staff is incompetent. The pizza is not good. Horrible experience. Never going there again.
Pizza Masters is delicious! I totally recommend the garlic knots and buffalo chicken pizza. Delivery is fast too! On busy days its a little longer though. This is my favorite pizza place in Bayonne (the jersey city location is also very good too)
Best pizza dough I've had in the USA
I have been here a few times but unfortunately my last visit was a little disappointing. We got seated and served very quickly but the pizza was very very heavy. The dough was undercooked and not crispy and very floppy. There was way too much cheese put on so it was very greasy and just very heavy tasting for 1 slice of pizza. Our waiter was very friendly, but besides that we weren't greeted in a friendly way from the rest of the staff. We walked in and everyone behind the counter looked annoyed that we were there which is not a welcoming atmosphere.
Easy to see right off of Broadway servicing Bayonne and the adjoining areas of New Jersey. Parking on the street is available. Moderately clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Nice staff. You order at the counter and the they bring your food to the table of your choosing. Plenty of locals patronize this place. We will most likely be going back.
I was working in Bayonne and needed some lunch. Let me say Pizza Masters did not disappoint .The staff is wonderful ,friendly and accomidating. The restaurant is spotless and nice. I had a slice of pizza ? with Big chunks of ? chicken ,portabello ? mushrooms, Roasted Red Peppers .It was mouth watering and sliced in half,good thing cause I could only eat half served with a ice cold can of Pepsi ( my favorite ) and it was scrumptious!! It came to only $5.15 for all and I had lunch and dinner .I highly suggest the Pizza Masters !! They are the pizza masters for sure!!
This experience with them was so horrible they cooked the pasta inside the aluminum pans everything stuck to the bottom.. white slice so blend and grease with no taste at all 45$ what waste of money.I recommend do not eat here at all really bad
The wings are delicious. They charge for water and it came in a cup instead of water bottle. The egg plant sandwich was good. They had to reheat it because the inside was cold when they brought it out. I'd go back. Server was pleasant but kept forgetting to bring us out condiments.
In my opinion their pizza is good, but my only issue with this place is the fact that they have a rule which you can't sit on the left side of the glass since they sell drinks there. I mean, why can't you serve drinks to those who ordered the drinks... not everyone who sits there is to be 21+ and drinks. That's just my thoughts.
