I placed an order thru the app. The app said one price. Which was fine. And it told me a delivery time. Which was fine. Then I get a txt message saying that they are using door dash. So I click on the link and the delivery time was an hour later then what the app said and the price was $20 more then what the app said. If they are using door dash they should have put it on the app. Nothing on the app say anything about door dash. I will never order again.
Place and order at 10:42pm and it is now 12:05am with no phone call, email, text messages. I contacted their number but it ping pong’s me to multiple representatives WITHOUT PUTTING ME TO THE ACTUAL STORE..now it’s night with no woman, booze and even pizza :( . Going to call my bank tomorrow to issue me a refund, in New York this would never had happen??♂️
Great food ,received fast and the workers are nice and always trying to make my experience at Pizza Hut Great. Clean restaurant and friendly workers. Definitely recommending people to come here
Don’t ever order from this Pizza Hut. I placed an order at literally 8:27PM after entering multiple credit cards online and the option did not work. I finally selected cash and my order went through with a confirmation email. It is now 10:24pm I never received a call or my order, so I finally called to figure out what in the world is going on and I explained to the worker that I placed and order nearly 2 hours ago. He asks for my phone number to tell me there’s no order on file with that phone number. I proceeded to give him my address, apparently he was able to find my order to then tell me they don’t accept cash orders. Instead of someone calling me to tell me this which their system doesn’t work to accept card payments online they made me wait for an order that was clearly never going to come. I will be contacting corporate in regards to this matter
WARNING!!!I had to add a star to make a comment. But they would not even get that.I am not one to complain. But I placed n order for delivery, tipped n spent about 50 bucks.So very disappointed when we received our food cold even the box was cold...Everything was cold. I called to ask for him to take n send hot food. N he said he will only give me $5. Store credit. As if I would ever order from them again.THIS IS JUST A WARNING YOU⚠️I hope no one has to experience this, I hope others read the views first.
Once again, something has gone wrong with my order.... I placed my order at 5:36 pm (which is the timestamp of the confirmation email). It is 7:10 pm, and I have not received my order... I called the store and was put on hold for about 20 minutes. Called again and explained my situation. The person on the other line informed me that the order was just picked up and my order should arrive in 10-15 minutes. The emails sent by pizza hut are really miss leading... My email informed me that my order should get to me by 6:10 pm.... I ended getting my pizza at 7:26pm..
Sadly, I didn't read the ratings for this pizza store before i placed my order. This Pizza Hutthat should be closed! I ordered my pizza, medium, with sausage, mushrooms, and pineapple. Below, is what I received. The crust was like cardboard! When I called about the pizza being the WRONG pizza, they refused to answer the phone! Needless to say, I am writing to the corporate store, but also pointing out ALL of the same negative reports! This place is awful.
We placed an order at 7:20 pm for pick up, then i called in to change it to delivery and i give my card to be charged for delivery. I called back again 8:25 a girl answered and she told me it went out. Then i called for the 3rd time at 9 pm they told me you placed it for pick up !!! the pizza was sitting there in the store all that time!!!! I am so disappointed! When i asked them to refund me my money because I placed an order 2 hours ago they refused! Now i have to wait another 40 min until my order gets to my house!!!!! its just ridiculous !!! Waste of time and money i will never order from them again
This place should be shut down. Ordered for delivery and an hour later they call me back saying there’s no delivery you have to pick it up. I asked if I can cancel it and they said there’s no refunds. I find a way to get there to pick it up and there’s nothing but kids in there sitting on their phones. I’m sure one of them should be delivering. Next, they couldn’t find my order. Last, the pizza was dry, cold, and the crust looked like it was nibbled on. Shut it down.
I’m honestly not sure why this branch even has 2.6 stars opposed to just 1. This is my second run in with them where the customer service is terrible! I called the store 8 times just to be be told “thanks for calling Pizza Hut, please hold” and wait there for how long. It wasn’t until my 9th time and me telling them I won’t be placed on hold again. The wait time for delivery is ridiculous. You might as well order your dinner here at lunch time because you’d be waiting a couple hours.
