I ordered pineappe w pepperoni topping. Barely had any pepperoni added and the guy at the cashier was arrogant. Hopefully, if I ever oder from there again, they'll add more meat and a friendly cashier.
I only ever order to pick up. None of my experiences have been smooth.
Don't know how to find the right place when given the right address! Even had two drives in the same car and still couldnt figure it out. I woulnt order from here again!
Worst place to eat pizza they take like 1 hour to make it and it's even worse for delivery.
They can't follow proper delivery instructions and their system doesn't update. I both changed my contact number under my account AND left delivery instructions to call the number that i wanted called. They obviously don't pay attention because i had to wait 2hrs foe my order to get to me be also they were calling the number that was changed. How when i changed it and what's the point of leaving Deliver Instruction if they are not followed. I contacted ted Papa John's Asap!!! Oh and they also had my Unit number did they once ring the bell, NOPE.
I placed an order on the app @ approximately 12:19 . When I called @ 12:20 to edit my order the customer service rep told me my Oder was out for delivery. EXACTLY ONE MIN AFTER MY ORDER WAS PLACED . I called 2 times trying to edit my order and I was still spoken to in the most disrespectful manner “ I make pizza fast it’s on the way “ it already left . I continue to let him know I just called and it’s no way my pizza has been delivered. Even the papa johns tracker said my order was baking . So nothing made sense I received my pizza close to 1am . It was missing items , cold , and just thrown together . I am very unsatisfied . I could have spent money at dominos .

They kind of messed up the order, I did request half with pork and half without because some of my friends are Muslims and they can't have pork.
We made a carry out order, but we didn’t receive our drink. When we got home, we called the store to ask for a refund for the drink. The staff replied so rudely that no refund option, drive back get the drink. Come on, isn’t it your responsibility to make sure customers receive the complete order? Why we need to spent time driving back for your mistake? Worst service ever, will never order here again. I want to give 0 star if I can.
Ordered at 10:05 a stuffed crust pie. Delivered at 12:31 a barely warm non stuffed crust pizza. Tried calling twice to ask about updates. First time was put on hold for 5 mins before hanging up. Second time someone picked up and was loud and obnoxious. At first yelling how can I help you. Then trying to lie when I asked for updates. I ordered with my fiances info, there was no way from my phone call you would know who the order was for without asking. Never again
