Used their catering option, purchased 4 variety catering boxes. Super delicious, on time, great communication and very easy to order online. Reason for 4 stars is some sandwiches were labeled incorrectly and a family member who doesn’t eat ham/pork (religious reasons) grabbed a Turkey sandwich, bit into it and it was ham. Honest mistakes I’m sure, overall very satisfied!
Steve and his staff made our son feel soooo special on his birthday when he made his favorite sandwich! They were very welcoming and professional. The work place is super clean! We love this spot! Thank you for making our boys feel special.
just because I was delivery for doordash, I was treated horrible. when I asked for help, the person said one minute, then left the store. they ignored my customer who is really their customer. people who came after me, got there food. horrible customer service experience.
Meat slicer needs to be kept clean at all times. I had to ask for them to clean it before slicing my order.

Awful. I paid 16 dollars for Giant Stickball Special with negative meat. I feel cheated
So I used to work here & I was craving a sandwich. The sandwich was horrible! Bread was stale, there was a hair in my sandwich, & on top of that the cashier was supposed to charge me for a mini but charged me for a regular instead. Im embarrassed for the new crew!
After unsuccessfully attempting to call in a pickup order, I came into this Jersey Mikes at 945pm on Tuesday evening (12/21) and watched as the workers behind the counter blatantly ignored me and turned the Open sign off as they hid and waited for me to lease. I didn’t realize 10pm meant we are rude and will close in your face 15 minutes prior. This location needs to advise their staff what real service looks like. Very disappointed. I will not come back.
